The pizzas were very good, if a little pricey. The service was excellent and we were a group of nine, so much appreciated.
Great pizza joint and always make a visit when in Brooklyn. Can't go wrong with any of the pizzas and calzone. Arugula salad is a winner and some nice red wines and good house red too. Kids love the Nutella pizza. Busy, vibrant, family atmosphere and good service.
Sottocasa is definitely the tastiest pizza you can find in the area. Friendly atmosphere. Would highly recommend the Burrata Pizza

Incredible, brick oven fired pizza severed fresh and hot, with great wine and beer options. Vegan cheese available too!The operator is such a lovely host. We absolutely adore this place!

Good but unobtrusive service with an Italian accent. I had gone looking for a New York-style pizza but I can't complain - this restaurant's dish was up to Italian standards. Nice atmosphere, not overdone.
ordered online - there was 1.10 min wait. at 1:30 called them saying it is unreasonable to wait that long. order arrived at 2 hours mark - who would enjoy pizza after such a wait? called them just before pizza arrived, they said, sorry , busy day - for them it was not a big deal that it arrived almost an hour late!
terrible experience. ordered online, they said the wait time was over 1 hour. the reviews were good, so decided to still go ahead with the order. when they were 30 min late ( so 1,5 hours after I placed the order), i called them in - they could not care less, said it was a mass that day ! the order arrived, finally, one hour late, so 2 hours wait time in total. they could not care less, when I complained to them, they basically said that they are sorry - but sounded like they were not. the pizza was of course cold at that stage. what a terrible experience - will never order from them again
Probably the Best Pizza I've eaten in my Life!Marie was an Amazing hostess and a wonderful Woman. Absolutely a pleasure, cannot Wait to return to Brooklyn and dine here again... Magnifique!
