Worse place ever. Waited 30 minutes for a plate of food.
This place is definitely not a restaurant and absolutely not family friendly due to its customer base being mainly people that want to drink.I am not sure who is the cook but the food is not Ecuadorian, they take forever to make it and in my experience it wasn't what I ordered.The staff is alright. The owner or supervisor unsure who he was, checks up on the customers and greets them. The waitress was reluctant from giving me tap water and tried to trick me into buying bottled water.Overall, the place looks great, has a lot of potential, it just has the wrong crowd and poor management.

So disappointed! If the boss isn’t there the staff don’t know what they’re doing! Every time we order seafood soup so I could tell the difference when we last time got chicken broth with seafood medley..the delivery guy came 1,5 hour later then I ordered and I found out we didn’t get 1 order. I called the restaurant and the lady raised her voice that it’s not her fault if the kitchen made a mistake….and she didn’t even want to listen my words ??♀️ these kind of ppl should never work in this industry! I never gonna order from this place again!

Overpriced, unprofessional service. They took 40 minutes to make rice with shrimp and it was cold and undercooked.
Food is over priced and so are the drinks , 2 sodas for $10.. also give small portions for my entree , thought things would change for this place ; but I’m Deff not coming back here. Fix your prices and your portions otherwise you guys won’t be around much longer .. speaking as a business owner
