I waited 40 to 60 minutes for a quick meal. It was a very stressful experience. The staff was not bad just the cooks were not prepared for the crowd or the online orders. Orders were not being made together, I noticed that they would make parts of your meal and you would have to wait another 10 to 15 minutes for another. And you have to ask for everything, if you purchased sauces or beverages for your order you had to ask for it when it should of been already in the bag or handed to you.. I enjoyed the food and it was cooked well its just the cooks needs a better system so that customers can get their food much quicker and don't have to wait for parts of their food order. I would suggest not grabbing food from this place if you are extremely hungry before you enter this fast food location.

The place is fairly clean. They take forever to make your food. I waited over 30 min for a burger and their chicken tenders. Apparently the chicken tenders takes a bit longer to make, which is why I don’t understand why they wait so long to actually start making them. It would make sense to start making them as I make the order so when my order is up the chicken would be ready also

That skinny four eye girl need to change her nasty attitude, first she telling her co workers that we can't sit there.. we need to move.... then she was like we don't have honey mustard. I was like miss..... I just saw you give a guy honey mustard.. why u can't give me one that I paid $65+, food was ok.That girl need to change her attitude or need to be replaced ?Very racist!!

Stopped by to grab a bite to eat and left hungry. Waited for over 15 mins and no one came to take my order. The kitchen was busy with take out and delivery orders but there were still 3 employees just sitting at a table by the register, chatting and on their phone. A girl came over to use the computer before leaving, without even asking if I ordered. Another girl came out from the back to check the register so I tried to ask her if there's anyone who can take my order, I was ignored ?.

This place is located in Gateway which was every convenient they had great service and I don't eat meat so the had a veggie bean burger ? that was smaching.

I ordered my food online. When I came in, there were shelves with food ready for pick up, but a woman working there didn’t allow me to get to the shelves and asked that I stand behind the line and wait. She asked my name and told me that all people waiting there were before me. She then went to the shelves and got my already ready food for me. When bringing the food to me she again said that I was cutting the line and there were all these people waiting ahead of me. So if all of there people waiting and their food is ready on the shelves, why not give it to them fresh???? Or if these people were waiting for the food that was not yet ready why make me feel like a criminal if I ordered my food in advance, it was ready and I want it fresh???? Something is off. I’m not coming to this store ever again!

literary every time i come here im either missing something in my burger or im getting the wrong item. asked for a chicken got a burger instead. i also got tater tots swimming in a pool of oil.message to owner: stop sending people to the website to complain and get your workers in check

Just ordered a Smoked Bacon Brisket Burger with a classic Bun Added Red Onions and no pickles with a side of smash tots via UberEats and on sealed bag was my name and everything **Ubereats** and they gave me A single bacon Burger no cheese on a whole wheat bun with tomato's and avocado with Smash tots. This little meal was $26 and change due to UberEats Cost. You really can't be making mistakes like this especially with the increased cost and customers aren't at the store to get the mistake fixed right away. Oh well, permanent loss of business for me. I'll be sticking to Five Guys and Chic-Fil-A. You can't blame the delivery guy either as the bag was sealed with my name and order on it so this is Smashburger staff incompetence. Would be 0 Stars if possible additionally because a Brisket Burger is more than a Plain Bacon Burger so I paid more and received less.

Don't order online from this place. I ordered on grubhub and all my burgers and chicken sandwich was missing. I only received my fries. Don't waste your money here.

Okay sooo prior to our latest visit we had a horrible experience at this location. They gave us 2 out of 3 burgers first and then the 3rd one like 40mins later.Anyways we wanted to give this place a second try and we are happy we did. This location recently changed management or some because their staff is so polite. Literally came two days in a row because the burgers were just so fresh. Everything was tasteful and delicious. I’m also loving the brightness and cleanliness of the location.Thank you employees, you guys are truly doing amazing.
