Amazing burgers, chicken bites and hot dogs. Strawberry shake and mango passion was pretty good too.They missed out our strawberry shake in the order and no condiments where asked. Misspelled the name as well.One another thing that management need to take care off is educate employees about good customer service and be pleasant. I understand the stress working in a fast food Resturant I been there too. Will visit again Shake Shack may be another location.
I love Shake Shack! Can’t go wrong with anything here. It does get busy at some point so ordering through the app definitely helps. I love my Shackburger, bacon cheese fries, milkshake, basically everything!!!
Employees could be more pleasent and food is a bit pricy. The burger I paid for is 8.39/ is a small one and food was ok.
Like In-N-Out Burger, only infinitely better. Better burgers And fries that actually taste like fries.
Greasy chicken fried in exhausted, bitter oil. Ultraslow personnel mailing the wait frustrating. Dirty table. Cold fries that sitted on the shelf waiting for one of the "cooks" to serve 'em, while our order was placed 10 minutes before and the shop wasn't crowded. Very bad experience. 1 point Just for the shake.
Don’t order. Come here in person. Amazingly fresh. Amazingly delicious. Take the burgers to the park and enjoy the best view in Brooklyn. This joint deserves its rating
This Shake Shake specifically is very busy so there's a long wait even if you order on the app.The workers are very busy and have too much going on.I waited an extra 20 mins for my food and it turned out my bag was misplaced in the kitchen.Food tastes like typical Shake Shake food.I would recommend ordering ahead and not waiting on line to order.
Loved it... Great place with great food... Bit crowded but it's okay to wait for good food right ?
Service is a bit slow and there always seemed to be extra staff meandering doing nothing while others were working, despite the lines always being long.The food was okay, we hadn’t had Shake Shack in a while, and our memories were better than the food we received. The prices have skyrocketed and the flavor has taken a step back. The shroom burger was mostly the same, though lacked some flavor.
