I love this spot. I walked up to the kiosks and ordered my belly full. I made a cash-free payment and went to find my seat to enjoy the ambiance from one of the large tele’s mounted on the wall. I did not see any free wifi, and the back of the restaurant will show a low signal on your phone. The place is clean; the staff is excellent and friendly. It's a great experience. I'll pay them another visit when I go to hang out by domino park.
Sadly this was not a fantastic Shake Shack experience. No smiling greeters here, it’s kiosks for ordering. Food came out quickly, but was cold when I sat down to eat it. I’m assuming the fries and burger had already been cooked. A huge disappointment as Shake Shack is always my first stop when I arrive in NYC.
First time at Shake Shack and I was very surprised. They have streamlined the ordering process and the food is surprisingly good for a fast food place. Honestly doesn't look or taste like fast food. Prices are also very good. I don't eat fast food, but I will go back to shake shack.
I have never EVER had such horrible food poising in my entire life after eating here. I felt like I was dying- couldn’t stop vomiting for 3 days, spinning, nauseous, weak… I haven’t experienced being sick like this before and I am legitimately traumatized.
Ordered the shack and shroom burgers for takeout. Easy to order on the machines. About a 10 minute wait on Sunday. Fries were nice and fresh.
My kids loved it. 1st time and I had an awesome time the food is so good the burgers are juicy The staff are very welcoming and wonderful people thank you to all of them I had a great time
I just have to say it’s the best experience I’ve ever had for a fast food restaurant.Last night I ordered a takeout, I went out 5 meter and suddenly the bag was broken, it dropped on the ground and my milk shake was spilled out everywhere.I just thought what a bad day?… I went back to ask them for a new bag. But they redid the whole order for me.It wasn’t a big thing but just warmed my heart…
Best Shake Shack I’ve been to, to date! One of the top in the franchise for sure. Staff was nice and helpful. The store looked and felt clean and in order compared to other locations. The food was excellent and everything was hot and fresh. Orders were right and they were quick. We saw people ordering and picking up food, as well as delivery pick ups all moving in fast timely manners with no lines. And best of all they actually sanitize and take temps of the food!!! ? ?? ?? ??Can’t wait to go back for my shake shack fix ? ? ??
Ordered from the app and the order was cold, missing items and could not contact the store. Shake shack has gone down hill and they are not professional - have not reimbursed me for the missing items and make it impossible to contact them. Do not order from these people - you will be disappointed. The magic is gone shake shack. Disgusting food. Horrible customer service.
Delicious, clean and super awesome. I get it wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun to stay on keto but the shakes and fries are spectacular if you can manage. Check the nutritional info. Vaccine cards rigorously checked ;) and outdoor seats available. Brisk turnover and touchscreen ordering to ensure everything is quick and freshly made. Veggie friendly with a deep fried cheese stuffed mushroom burger. Try Shack Stak, one veggie and one meat. Heaven.
