How else can I describe this place except ‘mid’? Honestly, I LOVE shake shack. Except, at this location, everything just sucked. From the customer service to the food itself, it was just not worth it all around.In terms of the customer service, the cashier didn’t even acknowledge my existence, only uttering the words,“To stay or to go” and “Your total is___”.Didn’t even say hi, confirm my order or even look at me. I didn’t know even know if she heard me when I first walked up, which was quite annoying.Then the food. I ordered a double shack burger and a black and white shake. The burger patties themselves were extremely salty and there was barely any sauce on it. The shake was lumpy and not mixed too well either, as I had clumps of plain ice cream everywhere.Overall, this place is mid. Was the food edible? Yes. Would I pay 20$ for it? No, especially not with their terrible service.
Great location. I like their fish bowl type construction. The indoor sitting is nice, specially if you get a seat near the windows. Service is quick and food is consistent. Love their fries, and chicken shack burger. Good for quick fast food lunch once in a while.
Gotta love their consistency here. The fries and burger are good as any other shake shack. They are a bit dear though. But hey, there's no homeless or crazies around so that's a plus.
got the shackburger and smokeshack; beef patty was flavourful and delicious. the peppers in the smokeshack made it unique and had a little spice kick. fries were an interesting crinkle shape but nothing extraordinary. delicious burger franchise, wish we had locations in Toronto!
Sure hope you don’t have any dietary restrictions. Twice I’ve ordered a gluten free bun and my order has arrived with a regular bun. It’s not a fun little preference, it will make me sick. Never ordering from this Shake Shack again.
Wow. I've seriously never had a worst delivery experience. The entire order was ICE COLD, and they put the fries in the drink tray, upside down and spilled everywhere. When I opened the shake it was liquidy. Burger was cold too. I'm literally disgusted, the quality of this food isn't even safe to eat, seriously. Great job.

Good burgers always. Difference this time is that the view of Brooklyn is pretty spectacular. Not sure how I haven't found this spot yet!
The Shake Shack burgers are very good. Homemade taste, Also had the chicken sandwich. Nothing special but was tasty. The herbs mayo is what makes it. I may visit again to try the milkshakes. Other than that. MEHH.
Once always crowded with an impossible wait this location is still reigns Supreme. While I haven't tried the entire menu, I've had enough to stand behind every letter of praise.
