4 stars simply because the Falafel platter was excellent. Probably the best falafel ive ever tasted. Its Seriously fresh. The mint lemonade drink was also very refreshing. Tres leches cake was also very fresh and delicious.Chicken shawarma on the other hand was ok nothing memorable. Also I never order fish at middle eastern restaurants because I know we just do land mammals way better. (Fish is not our expertise). I warned my girlfriend but she didnt listen, fish sandwich was simply not good, tastes like canned tuna. We were excited for it because its the namesake.
**Celiac disease is a serious medical condition. The white rice automatically is made with PASTA mixed in it. This is NOT notated on the menu whatsoever. As a chef of 25 years I understand what the obstacles are working around severe food allergies. A menu should directly and correctly depict what each item has involved with it especially if an item sounds pure but turns out to include gluten items. The white rice has vermicelli Pasta mixed in with it. It does not say this on the menu. Several things on the menu actually include gluten products to either thicken them up or pad the amount of money you’re paying for their week food. Very rude and everything you order takes longer than you should want. Plus they nearly killed my family.
Slept on this place too long and now I have to resist the urge to order from them three times a week. Everything is FRESH and I feel STRONG after. Everything I've ordered has been low key mind blowing-- the Baba ganoush, the burger (unexpectedly served with no cheese, blew my mind anyway), the pita chips (I will lick that container clean), the burritos. But oh my god I love their fries. I eat a lot of fries, but these are special. I'd describe them more like the most perfect batch of roasted potatoes you've ever had-- a bit crisp, perfectly browned, and creamy all the way through. I know I have to try more of their menu, but it's hard when you just want order everything over and over and over again.
This place is the best. I order from there almost weekly. I love to get a burrito with my favorite meat and top it with the tabouleh salad. Everything is perfection. Can’t go wrong.
The first time we tried this place it was incredible, but today we ordered 2 sandwiches and fries that were unbelievably horrible, we couldn't eat anything. $14 for a sandwich that had no filling… didn’t even have sauce, nothing.. some dry chicken in there. The fries tasted rancid and soggy
I like their chicken shawarma but today they make me cry. I was too angry, stop their to get someThey give me fries, burned chicken without sauce. It’s was horrible. I don’t know how to post photo, if not I would love to post what they give to me.I do not recommend their chicken shawarma
Ridiculously delicious and FRESH. Portions sizes on point. My new favorite falafel spot in Williamsburg ❤️❤️??
More fries than chicken shawarma in this chicken shawarma fries combo.
Sensuously so good. Would highly recommend. Always consistent, fresh, and tasty! Owner / staff are super nice too!
Last two orders have been really frustrating with no sauce (1st order was good). How can you forget the sauce!?!? One of the orders was a sandwich and it was missing pickles AND sauce :( The food is not that good. Needs the tahina and garlic sauce otherwise it’s soooo dry. Can not recommend after giving 3 chances.
