My friends & I celebrated a birthday dinner here with a big group.The restaurant was super accomodating.The food & drinks were delicious!
I love the decor there. Although i wish they would have kept the A/C on as it was hot inside the restaurant. Music choice was fantastic. The food was delicious and decadent. But the burger I order didn't seem fresh. I got rare and was expecting some pink in the middle, but all I received was brown and raw, signifying that the meat wasn't fresh for rare consumption. It seems also overpriced for the quality of food we received but still thought it was pretty worth it.
As a long time fan of Saravá Modern Bistro, I wonder where I should start reviewing one of my favorite restaurants in Bay Ridge Brooklyn?? I can start by telling you about the delicious food, or the cozy atmosphere on its dining room, the adorable backyard, or the wonderful hosts and owners, Rafaela and Chef Leo, who have become family with how often they’ve hosted our many special occasions.But, let me start at the drinks! ?If you’ve never had a Caipirinha, run don’t walk to Saravá and order their Caipirinha flight and taste 5 different ones! The Prosecco Pop is the perfect Summer drink and if you’re a beer fan, our favorite is the Saravá IPA on draft.Food-wise, I’ve got 2 dishes on repeat: The Yucca Gnocchi and the Bob de Camarao - each hearty dish is perfectly executed each time you visit. We’re there often so at this point we’ve had everything on the menu but those two dishes have a special place in our hearts. All the appetizers are delicious. And don’t pass on dessert … order the Brazilian Carrot Cake or the Flan … you’ll thank me later!!If you haven’t found this gem, run don’t walk and give them a try!
I LOVE Sarava Bistro. The food is made with so much care, and love! The seasoning is amazing! The work the owners put on it is unbelievable. From carefully caring for the food options they serve, to greeting you, and serving you with love! I live in Astoria but whenever I can I make my way to Brooklyn to enjoy a nice dinner! Or brunch! Highly recommend it!
The food at this establishment is high quality. The chef, who came out personally to greet us, puts heart into his dishes. He uses top quality ingredients and it tastes delicious. We had the shrimp ceviche, chicken croquettes, avocado mango salad, wild salmon, lobster roll and churros! A+ for each. Try their guava drink it was very refreshing.
The best Brazilian food and cheese bread ever!! I always have great experience at this place. The service is amazing and everyone is friendly and kind. The food is delicious and they have a great selection of wine and cocktails. I highly recommend visiting Saravá Bistro.
The best tomahawk I’ve ever had in my life, I Normally order a salmon or a burger on my first day off but I highly recommend this plate and this place, great costumer service as well.
fantastic place in bay ridge, unique menu with a Brazilian spin. Excellent service, fresh and high quality ingredients, and beautiful back deck to enjoy it. My favorite thing to order is the shrimp dish (bobó de camarão) that's served in a pumpkin!
Very tasty food, amazing caipirinhas and outstanding service. Definitely coming back. But the best part was the carrot cake, warm and incredibly delicious.
