I absolutely love coming to this wine shop when I’m working in the area. Everyone is always so nice, extremely helpful and patient. I don’t usually know what I’m in the mood for but they have such a great selection I always end up trying something new.
Really unpleasant stuff. Specifically the Asian woman doesn’t seem to have a lot of empathy or hospitality towards customers. Everything is very blunt, matter-of-fact, and cut and dry. Could go along way to just seem to have any interest in the customer

With so many spots in Williamsburg to grab wine, this is my favorite. The entire team is always so nice and hospitable (even with the craziness of a global pandemic happening). Bonus points for always asking about my dog whenever I don't bring him into the shop.

The store states that it closes at 9PM however as I'm walking down the block at 8:50PM the gentlemen who works there closes the door and locks it. I knock on the window the women who works there is counting the register I show her it's still 8:51 and she shrugs at me while holding the money in her hands. The level of unprofessionalism. I understand you want go home early but please put different time hours to your business if so because your not delivering on expectations unfortunately. Just a fYI.
