We visited today during the day. Very quiet but we loved that. The food was outstanding! I wish khachapuri had more of the Georgian cheese blend than just mozzarella but it was still amazing. The server was very kind and recommended us to go for the salad with khachapuri - even though we weren’t sure about the choice the salad turned out to be AMAZING!!!!!! I would come back just for that any time. Really delicious. One thing I would pin point - it was our first time at this restaurant and the lady sitting at the counter was super grumpy and not very welcoming (a little smile and hello would make it better) But once you are at the back, the atmosphere is so much nicer. We loved it!
Very bad experience. We ordered khachapuri and came to pick it up. We waited for 45 minutes at the store. Every 10 minutes the cashier was telling that it’s ready.When we were about to leave , she brought it from the kitchen.Our evening was ruined. Totally unprofessional manners.I left a message on their Instagram, the manager reached out to me and just apologized. It’s not how respectful business should treat their customers.Of course, it was my last order from that store.Update: answer to Royal Garden Tbilisi. Yes, the manager apologised several times. But it’s not the point how many times you apologised. It’s just words, not the remedy of the situation.Regarding your cellphone, thank you:I want to submit the order and get it on time without calling manager.Regarding 1 star review, my point was to bring to your attention that your customer service needs some improvement, if you value your customers.

Amazing food! Everytime I go everything tastes amazing! Second time I have been there and already planning my third visit! The family atmosphere of the place, the servers and the food make this a one of a kind experience! Stay awesome!
