Good food with exceptional customer service. ?
I ordered an organic bison burger with seasoned fries and somehow got a McDonald's looking burger. No bison, no brioche bun, no fried onions, and no Chipotle cheese. And i don't eat processed meat. I felt sick immediately and started throwing up; my throat felt like it was swelling up. I called the store and the man said, I probably got the wrong order, really; HOW??!!!!. I also got a sandwich but i don't trust it. I won't be ordering again.
Meh....for the food in the area.....this is ok. Does the trick.
The hero cold cut sandwiches are delicious! Breakfast meal with eggs, turkey bacon & home fries was also very good. I highly recommend.

The food is good but please do not order online because the orders are always incorrect. This is the third time I have ordered online. I ordered cheese fries; there was no cheese on the fries. I ordered a hero sandwich with onions; there were no onions and they sent a roll. I ordered a chopped cheese sandwich with no vegetables; and they added vegetables. I paid for a small home fries and they charged me for a large order of home fries. I would not recommend anyone to order online from Rockaway Gourmet Deli.
