My boyfriend found this place randomly but it's a 20/10 spot ! The ambiance is amazing, customer service is spectacular, hookah is very on point and the foood and drinks .... OUT OF THIS WORLD! They were able to make my favorite rare drink, an Aviation. (Which was the best I've ever had) Our waiter Yasin, was beyond accommodating, courteous, and informative. He asked really great questions and was so kind to move us, to a better table when one became available! I was very satisfied and highly impressed. My boyfriend will be getting dessert at home ?.
Great location and atmosphere here right on the water side of Emmons Ave in Sheepshead Bay. The best tables are right along the water's edge. The food looked and smelled very fresh. The patrons were all excited to out at the restaurant. Fun Turkish restaurant.
This place was lovely. We did not have to wait we just walked in without reservations and we got a seat. They have great food, outstanding service, hookah and lovely strong drinks. Dress fancy if you like and drink on some drinks. It's a lovely big place, I had a table of 12. No complaints! I had a burger ? and it was tasty! Feel hookah refill!
Absolutely wonderful service! Girl at the door didn’t speak Russian but there was someone else who could speak Russian to my grandma. We were in a very big rush and wanted something quick and it took only two minutes for our pastries and drinks to get to us. Very kind waiters, if we didn’t have a reservation at another restaurant we would’ve eaten here instead tbh. Very cultured, gave us water and lemons with our tea and coffee. Beautiful seaside restaurant would recommend.

You are lucky if your waiter comes to the table.They don't even know the basics of setting up a table, we were 3 people, and they didn't even bother taking 1 extra plate from the table.They handed menus and I was looking for a place to pile them up.I was there more than an hour yet, our waiter didn't even come and ask if everything is ok.All they did was bossing black shirt workers (busboys) around. Service was pathetic.Not done yet.Only order cold appetizers!! Because whatever you order it will be cold ❄️ anyways, so you can guess, eating that food was like chewing on a cardboard.And the price $$$$They are on the race with 'The Little Italy restaurants' or 'Nusret', their burger ? 30$ in the middle of Manhattan, and here at Rocca it's 25 or something ? it's like a joke.It was pretty disturbing. They could've done a better job at hiring 'qualifying workers' and train them for the best service. Poorly managed restaurant, with really high potential... So disappointed.
First and foremost -20% gratitude included in each check! Even if you just ordered coffee & pastries. Food is pretty basic and needs to be prepared better. Baked potatoes made in microwave were gross; stake is just piece of meat fried on griddle with chemical smoke. Although cold appetizers were eatable. Turkish coffee hard to make wrong so it was good as well as bakvala. Overall no more than 3 *** as guys must improve their kitchen. Valet parking by Georgian guys will cost you $10 as they don’t put pricing first
Such an amazing view with great food and music! My waiter Abdullah was very sweet with my guest and I, and addressed all our needs before we even asked him! 10/10 service

Amazing menu. So much variety in desserts, appetizers, and entrees. Food was fresh and service was great. Prices were fair. Also have hookahs and a great view of the water. Highly recommend
