Grab your lieder hausen, your wife Helga, and come on down to this Biergarten. We actually stumbled across this place by accident and were super happy. It’s a great place to have a drink in a big open space. They sold beer by the liter+ which makes for great pictures and general excitement.
I stopped by here with two friends after dinner to keep the party going with a few beers! The environment inside is really unique and definitely goes all out with the whole Bavaria beer hall decor. One of my friends was not too enthusiastic about the inevitable beer hall ~fragrance~ inside, so we sat at one of the many outdoor picnic tables in the street, which were also a great option. Outdoor tables are covered and big enough for multiple parties.Of course there is a great selection of beer, and there are also sausages on offer. You order at your table through a QR code, which brings up an app to order. It’s all very quick and easy. I would definitely come back here again for a casual drink, and maybe to try some of the food. Love an environment that is fun and down to earth rather than the trendy/exclusive/upscale bars elsewhere in New York.
I did not realize that there were excellent Biergartens in NYC. Radegast is definitely up there in terms of service, atmosphere, and food.We were able to get a giant eight Cedar table outside of the restaurant, and there was a QR code on the tables that let you individually open tabs in order food. Note that if you want any of the grill options, you have to physically walk inside to the grill and order separately from there. The grill has a lot of good options ranging from different types of sausages to sides like French fries. They are freshly made delicious. You can buy an aïoli to go beautifully with the grilled items, or you can grab any one of the free condiments on the side of the grill. I would also highly recommend getting their french fries. These might be some of the best french fries you will find in New York City!We also got their pretzel with beer cheese, mustard, and a pickle. My only critique would be that the beer cheese is lacking. It needs something more because in its current form, it is pretty flavorless and too watery. The pitchers of beers for $20 is an excellent price! The pitchers are easily at least 60 ounces! It filled up over 3 glasses. Their wheat beer is excellent and pairs really well with the foods they serve.
Nice place to dance with good music. There are also multiple sousages to eat. A bit expensive though
Love this Biergarten in Williamsburg! Great vibe and unique spot. Definitely worth a visit. Causal place which is also great for large groups to grab a drink!
We came to celebrate my son's birthday, there was live music. The bad was a lot of fun, good sound and the lead singer had an awesome voice. We had lite food as we had eaten already. There were a number of other celebrations going on. Great hang out place, they even have outdoor seating. It's definitely worth the trip.
Went here with friends for brunch! Was able to easily modify a salad and the avocado toast to be vegan - it would be great if Radegast could put this on the menu as an option, would set it apart from other beer halls. The atmosphere was nice, it was pretty quiet when we arrived but started to get busier around 2pm. The beers were really good!

The vibes of this place are very nice. The food is super good, specially the spaetzle.Celeste helped us a lot, she is an amazing waitress ??
excellent place to discover/enjoy Bavarian beer and they also serve brunch and lunch food. You can eat inside at small tables or sit outside by longer tables. we sat outside.
