Pet friendly I guess because a woman came in with 2 large German shepherds. The wait was not that long. The food is absolutely amazing. It tastes so delicious, recommend the 3 cheese chicken fajita bowl w/ cilantro rice ,black beans, white cheese sauce , and whatever other toppings you would like to add. It was delish and I recommend the fountain drinks Hi-C (strawberry, and lemonade flavors) they taste so good, and go great with the meals. The restaurant was very clean and organized. Love the tables in back of the restaurant.
Very poor service! The manager was extremely rude! Sharley was her name. I had a question concerning the Qdoba rewards app and I was not spoken to like a customer should be spoke to with respect! I have worked in customer service for years and was taught to always greet the customers and treat them with kindness! Im very disappointed with the service considering how much I love Qdoba’s food. I was also going to be charged for double chicken when I did not get double chicken. I will definitely be looking for a new location!!
Ordered delivery twice, on two separate occasions, never included utensils, even though I requested it through the app and called giving them a heads up before hand. Lack of attention, or they simply just don’t care
Awful attention to detail. Got a delivery via DoorDash. After a significant delay, I got my order and it was entirely wrong. It was drenched in sour cream, which I didn't order because I have a rare allergen to it. Also ordered two cookies and got one. Won't order from them again!
At work yesterday, I ordered Qdoba for lunch, and they wrote on my bag! It’s literally the little things that count. This is the first Valentine’s Day I’ve felt sad and lonely. Just a little message from people who made my food, made me feel special! Also, besides that, Qdoba is always bomb! 10/10! The only thing I would recommend is more drink options on Grubhub/Uber Eats and a little more rice, sometimes there’s more protein than rice (and I love your rice haha). Much love! ❤️
The place is chain restaurant that serves mexican food. The place is clean, you can either eat in or take out. The food is delicious and they have imposible meat.
I love this place. The food is so clean. It doesn't make u feel super full/groggy. They give u great portion and don't even upcharge you if u want extra food!!! When I found this place, it replaced chipotle.
Qdoba is our new favorite Mexican eats. We love the crispy tortilla bowl, tasty with all the fixings! The total for two bowls is $20. They don’t charge you extra for avocado like Chipotle.On a separate note, we got delivery and I was a bit disappointed with Uber eats order. We were not able to ask for all our favorite fixings nor put in special instructions on our order.
The food was good but what you pay they are cheap on giving the food portion .everything else was good and quick.
The food is good but the staff is chaotic. Only 1 person was wearing a mask, some staff were hugging each other (hug if you want but be sanitary) and not even changing gloves when their gloves clearly touched other coworkers and dirty surfaces. Also, hovering spoons of meat over vegetarian/vegan options is very disturbing. They're not mean, they're just socially unaware and seem to lack basic knowledge about hygiene. They also rush customers, leading to more mess ups and confusion in orders. The food is also really overpriced, especially for the lack of ambiance and the location of the place.
