Great vibe for me, breakfast was great & reasonable prices
The food is very good but the service is exceptional. The wait staff, owner and managers remember all the regular customers by name and in many cases by order. Many of us have specific days and times that we come and we get to know each other. There is a warm feeling at Purity that you just don't get anywhere else on 7th Avenue. For that alone it would be worth coming, even if the food wasn't as good as it is.
A classic diner feel and good breakfast food and great staff. Coffee is decent too!No complaints!
This is a great place to meet up with friends. Staff is very nice. They never rush you. We linger over coffee and chat for hours. Look forward to my next visit. Flo K

Great, cool vibe. Not rushed to order, which isn't always the case with 3 kids. Great selection of food. Price? Didn't matter my friend paid.
Wonderful waiter. Bought a challah French toast and got every side I could with it. My friend got the steak and eggs. Everything was top notch, they listened to specific instructions, and everything came out quickly. The owner/manager was talkative and sweet. Felt homey and we were allowed to sit at a table where we could watch our bikes.
Very good - typical NYC diner. Food was fast and fresh. French fries were awesome!
Roast beef wasn't good. I should have returned it. The baked potato was excellent!!!! I'm sure it was just a fluke. I've heard breakfast is excellent!! My IPA bottled beer gave me a nice buzz. I'll be back. Just don't think I'll order the roast beef!
I came here again today for the first time since the start of COVID. This is such a cute little diner with really good food and service. They have an extensive menu and in my opinion the prices are reasonable. Coffee is really great here too! I will definitely be back!
