This is a really nice “tea time” tea house. They have wonderful tea and drinks, great desserts, and super attentive service. I love to come here for a special occasion or to catch up with friends. I highly recommend this place. They have multiple locations and all of them are great!
Came here on a Saturday around 9. It wasn’t crowded. When we went in, I thought the decor was nice. But then the hostess took us out back and it was like we went to a different world. They had a lighted backyard with plants around and cover. The atmosphere was almost romantic except there were other people around. The food was nice. The tea smells good and tasted good too. The waitresses were courteous. Id come back.
Too many restaurants in around the neighborhood. We wish this was a truly tea house with cakes, drinks instead restaurants…Tea pot and cups are nice but spoons are broken. We do not request changing as they are fairly functioning. We order jasmine fruit tea. There are supposed to be some tea leaves and fruits inside the pot but it’s not, and tea is not taste strong enough.Peach slum is not right. I don’t mind it tastes a bit chemical when other places try to make it natural. The ice should be smooth but it’s frozen back.If it’s not the only place we can take a comfortable rest by escaping overcrowded 86th st in this sunny day and the cake is great, I will give 2 stars. With all above, this tea house is overpriced, but without this, servers may not be that friendly.
I had a meeting in Brooklyn yesterday & wanted drink some tea & googled it. That’s what came up near me.So upon entering it looked beautiful! The server was nice. I was tired after a long day, so just wanna chill. Sat down order a iced bubble tea. It was ok.I asked the lady if I can seat inside, she said it’s full. And will let me know when it’s open up. So I decided I will order food later when I go inside. In the meantime I walked around, take pictures, made some tiktok, used the restroom. It was clean & nice. And went in the back to see if any seats were empty & my surprise there were plenty of seats . And the whole place was all together pretty empty too.I stayed there for more then an hour, I saw 2 couples came by without reservations & they asked if they can seat inside & if they neeed reservations? She said no no we had space ! Wth…??I have no idea if it’s a racist thing or just because I didn’t order that much expensive stuff I wasn’t important enough to seat inside ! Btw inside isn’t that cool anyways? So I asked her again & she said no! Her facial expressions, body language everything was different?♀️ She actually works there I think 3 years, I saw she had some regular customers! She was extra nice & helpful with them. And I just left, after a nice day this just ruined everything! Never coming back again for sure.
Overall good place...Good service, testy cake ! Yhe downside dosen't look like on the menue picture...But its cute cozy place
I was here 1 month ago, i liked food. Everything came soon after ordering. And everything was delicious, however I didn’t liked the service. Be aware tip is included in the bill ?
Suuuuch a cute place. I'd heard about them in passing and today I'd figure I'd take my daughter out for brunch. She loved it. I loved it. The food was delish but more importantly the service was outstanding! Definitely a must-try and revisit. P
Love this place. Came here for second time last night. Making a reservation online was super easy and they seated us in the back greenhouse area which has a very cute and cozy atmosphere. Menu is limited but in a good way because it means everything is made fresh to order. Definitely get the Kani salad and mango crepe cake. Their passion prince tea is also delish ?
Food was decent and milk tea was good. Atmosphere was really nice. Great spot for a date or a girls date.
Service is fast. cozy and beautiful ambiance, great food! Best tea!?
