THE WORST POPEYES I HAVE EVER BEEN TO...HANDS DOWN. Forgetting pieces of chicken, running out of items consistently. They couldnt care less about customers in the store and rather foucs on their online orders. They dont take all major credit cards (i know food trucks that take all cards). Will have to go out of my way to 18th and 69 (a mile further at least) to get proper service. My last visit they forgot 2 pieces, i went back, told them, they looked at the receipt and proceeded to give me 3 sandwiches....WHAT THE ACTUAL F***?I would give them negative stars if possible.
Being my first time here, it was an unpleasant experience. Placed a mobile order at 2:48pm for pickup "now" and didn't get it until 3:12pm. I waited by the front counter until it was ready for pickup as stated by the directions on the app, but this was not the kind of service provided at all. Employees just kept taking walk-in orders and didn't bother to notice my existence and presence. I literally had to ask them about my order for them to only starting preparing it. The employee that prepared my order rushed it for no reason as well since there wasn't even a line at the time. He didn't give me the sauces stated on receipt, napkins, necessary utensil, and even made me fill soda myself.
Worse Popeyes I have been to. I live 2 blocks away from this location and I will rather drive 20 blocks away from here. This place never gets the order right and charges different prices all the time. They make their own prices regardless of what it says on screen. Chicken always salted too.
Food was HOT! Even after eating inside the store for half hour the chicken is still burning my mouth. Very fresh and very friendly staff! Clean store since they are new but great location in a quiet neighborhood
New Fish sandwich was nasty. Employee was nice but when I got home the bread was soggy, fish too crispy at the ends. Ate 1/2.
I ordered the special offer "PC Signature Chicken Spicy/Dark, 2 Regular Sides, Biscuit" for $5 by 7:55pm, i required black meat with mash potato and fries, however I got there around 8pm and was told only write meat left and mac & cheese, when i got home only few fries in the box and the whole meal is cold feel like all left food were put together. never pick this store again!
This is a joke… mash and slaw barely half full. Biscuit overbaked. Wings burnt and tiny. Stay away from this place, worst Popeyes experience you’re gonna get.
Came by on a weeknight and boy were they busy! We waited about 10 minutes for a fresh batch of fried chicken since they ran out. We got our order promptly after it was made. Maybe because it was freshly made, I thought this popeyes had better quality chicken/food than the others. There are a couple of popeyes all scattered throughout this neighborhood and this will probably be our local one.
Small place that is very efficient but def not the best Popeyes. For starters, the biscuits is overbaked and is like a hockey puck. I also ordered a family meal and ask for dark meat and they gave me white meat so the workers don't care too much. They are fast and I got my order very quickly so I guess that counts for something. They also allow guest to eat in though no one checks for vaccine status. Eat at your own risk.
Was hesitant to try given the mostly negative reviews, but glad I had a positive experience. Came in for sandwiches and a box of chicken, there were 2 visible employees in the kitchen area. Keith came up to the register and courteously handled my order plus repeated to confirm with me. Super friendly, chicken was good - sandwich could be hotter but that's nitpicking, and overall good purchase. Truly hope my positive experience is the same with others.
