Even though chicken taste good they are the only restaurant I know that will short you on dipping sauces and force you to pay for more. I got strips the other day and wanted different sauces every where else would give like four (2 of each) if you get a 5 piece. They gave 2 had to ask for more gave me 1 more told me I had to pay for anything more. Service is also a little slow sometimes and speaker may be out of order.
Mess. Complete mess. And this dirty plastic frame that appears before you makes you want to turn around. Liquor stores could do better. The chicken is stacked high and low. Not really sure what was fresh and what they were just tossing to the side. I saw sandwich bread all over counters. Overfilled warming trays. And how is it that it took over 20 mins for 1 order and an almost clear board (had 2 tickets prior to me). Utter mess.
Staff is always nice, clean and willing to ask exactly what you want, I normally get the fish sandwiches or shrimp with fries. I should also add the best fish sandwich I've ever ate from a fast food restaurant, although I'm not a pickle person, somehow the pickle adds a unique flavor on the fish, the bun is well glazed and toasted.
This was my favorite go-to Popeyes but as of late, things just started to change with the orders that I’ve made. On two occasions I haven’t received a complete order. Recently, when I got home I realized they forgot my son’s chicken sandwich even though when I asked for it and was told it’s in the bag, it wasn’t. In total I’ve spent $48.43, and now I’m out $5 due to the missing item. I’m very disappointed because it happened to me before so now I learned my lesson. I don’t think I’ll be going back. They need to take time and make sure customers orders are complete and stop rushing and messing up what their customers order.
It was good as always but 10 P chicken with a large frie and a small mash potato cost 31$ ?♂️?♂️
I ordered off the Popeyes app. I didn’t receive my spicy fish sandwich nor my frozen lemonade. When, I called.. The delivery driver was kind enough to go back and get my frozen lemonade. She called me back to tell me the lemonade was sitting behind the counter the whole time, even after she asked the cashier did she have everything. By the time she called me back, I noticed I got the chicken sandwich instead. I don’t eat chicken, that’s the reason I order me the fish sandwich for me, and the tenders for my boyfriend. Then as you can see from the receipts….we ordered sweet heat sauce and wild honey mustard …ask if we received our sauces ??? LMAO ok ..Please do better night crew. Im very dissatisfied & don’t even want to call to order anything else.

I like Popeyes cause of the specials,but this location does not honor online coupons wich suck. But if its what you want, you'll get it.
Amazing service, great workers, and quality is better than the usual franchise spots. The manager was very hospitable and checked up on me. One of the better Popeyes I’ve been to.
