The employees and manager they had before knew what they were doing. These new ones don’t know S-/t.

I've redeemed coupons here before, but someone named Johnny Celestin (Someone new? Or someone uninformed?) didn't know how to do that or who to ask for help

Chicken an everything is very STALE! from the time they open in the morning from 10am to 1pm. Its like the stuff from overnight that didnt sell they just reheat it, the next morning an try to push it out for sale before they add a fresh batch of chicken an fries. Very disappointed thats disgusting!
