Anybody that knows me knows I LIVE FOR POPEYES.. THIS LOCATION IS DEFINITELY MY GO TO. THE EMPLOYEES ARE BOMB AND ALWAYS DO THEIR BEST TO MAKE SURE EACH AND EVERY CUSTOMER IS SERVED..IT BE SO BUSY AT TIMES TOO. BUT WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.
At 4pm on a Friday,5 people behind the counter, 1 person taking orders and 1 deals with uber and the others deliveries. Expect a wait, but the chicken was piled high, 20 minutes 3rd person on line . You decide.
How difficult is it to take an order I speak perfect English they just don't understand English... I asked for a 12 piece box chicken only no wings mild...seems simple enough so why are there wings in the box...advice listen do your job and read what you put on the screen
The employees are friendly and fast at getting what you order and try to keep the wait time as short as possible, you do get your money's worth and they have great combo deals everyday. Highly recommend if your hungry and want something fast and hot, to go there
I've been going to and getting delivery from this Popeyes for several years. The chicken sandwiches and fries have almost always been fresh and crispy, and ready right away.
My experience was this popeyes located on fulton st the size of the portion was shocking, I ordered a two piece with mac and cheese the amount of mac and cheese they serve was VERY SMALL. I think they take and split the amount in half.
I’m trying to contact this location the answer machine does not allow you to leave a message . No one answers the phone ever. I’m going to leave my message here . Someone spray painted the name TONEY with a star over three or four years ago. It will take a $10 or $15 can paint just to go over it please do. I’m tired of looking at it . FOOD WAS GREAT. THE CASHIER, SHE WAS RUDE NOT ONLY TO ME BUT OTHER. VISIT HERE OFTEN THE STAFF IS ALWAYS OUTSTANDING. THE NEW STAFF NEED MORE TRAINING..
They need to clean the space more. I keep on getting an old chicken. Too much breading that it makes the skin too hard.Update: 01/22/'22They did cleaned the place better but, the chicken still the same.
Waited for my order more than 20 mins and the girl told me to wait 4 minutes because they don't have no tenders after waiting the time she came back and told me they forgot to drop the tenders so I should wait again. And they way she was saying it like she has no urgency about work and care about my time. Really bad customer service. Manger should talk to the employee
