Ordered a 2pc chicken, coke and an apple pie…It took me 20 minutes at the drive thru window to get my order.No communication from the server until I started knocking the window.Fast food isn’t fast food if I can’t get my food in under 20 minutes, especially at a DRIVE THRU
Today May 7th I ordered the 6 tenders 2 can dine and all of my tenders had way too much fat and very little breading and even from the look it isn’t very appetizing.I picked off the breading of the first one but if you look at the second picture you can see that there was very little breading to begin with. Tenders should be crispy and I’m highly dissapointed. If you have the option to choose another Popeyes please look at your food before you pull off.
I really love this place, the chicken is so good. Good service and never had problems with this place. One time I picked up the wrong order and left the store, the lady chased me outside and brought me back into Popeyes!
The lady at the drive through yelled and screamed at me placing my order. She clearly had a bad day, sadly everyone allows her to do this. She’s a liability and something he big needs to happen asap. I will report her even further. Anyone who has this problem this is how you fix it

Food is usually warm and fresh not a long wait. Just double check your order before you leave the window.
Please go elsewhere! Had an issue with my food so I politely asked for a refund. But the manger was very very very nasty rude and disrespectful beyond a doubt! I am currently reporting him to corporate and the bbb. Respect is due to a dog! Also because I am lgbtq he called me a derogatory name which wasn’t called for!
The Chicken wings were small. Though I dislike those the unnatural, extremely large Wings, they should be larger than those of a pigeon. For a 12 dollars plus 5 piece wing meal, I was barely full and I don't eat much. Food was tasty.
The food was still hot when I got home and tasty.
I bought two meals and only receive 1 sauce. I go here all the time and it’s the same thing over and over . What are they doing with the sauce . One sauce isn’t even enough with a small box . Worst Popeyes ever . I even had an argument with the employee there and she still received to give me a next sauce even after I I bought 2 meals.
