Made an order with several notes “without onion”And got my order instead delivered with tones of onion.Would be good if your staff would follow order instruction from customers.
What a great food. Haven't ordered there in some time but boy, I am so happy it came back to my mind today. Ordered breaded pork chop and Hungarian, meat was delicious, sizes big, plenty of salad included. Highly recommended.

I would recommend this place to anyone the food is delicious. This is the only way you should be eating beets.
Service 3 stars.Food 3 stars. Kielbasa 5 star and salad 4 star was good. Mash potatoes 2 stars was old and reheated. Chicken cutlet 3 stars burned. Beef stroganoff meat was dry. Perogies 3 star. Drinks ginger was one gulp 3 baks don’t even brought a can. Too expensive for the meal we got.

Good for what it is, affordable prices and basic menu. Delicious but a bit salty. Got the boiled potato and sauerkraut pierogis, chicken meat balls, potato pancakes, and plain borscht. For beverages I tried the Kompot and it was really tasty. I would definitely eat here again.
I've been eating at Polonica for the last 10 years , what i like the most it's the love they put into food . the Ukrainian borscht is one of the best soups they have. My daughter loves their crapes as well. Highly recommended.
I would never recommend this place! Went in there for lunch with our family. We already sit down the table and these two "Informal" guy didn't even bother to ask us what we want to drink. They're just chitchatting in front of the entrance door. I had to ask them that we needed water so bad.We already ordered food and the appetizer is amazing, I ordered dried fish and it was the most disappointing fish I ever had, the crumbs is like half inch thick and it was burnt. The worst part is the fish is not cook enough, I'm pregnant and it upset my stomach. After he served food he didnt even bother to ask if we want soda or more water (We ran out of water until we finished eating).and nobody is around. Our 81 yrs old grandma was so upset, my 18 months old son was begging for water. We are all so disappointed and I would never return into this place! The guy seems like he just care about the money but didn't care about the convenience and satisfaction of the customer. It's no wonder why we are the only people there.This restaurant has the most worst customer service ever!!!! Yuck!
