A very good spot for those who seek a quiet, local place to enjoy a cup of coffee. Surely, it's hard to miss the entrance, as it's so vividly decorated, and I can say that the coffee is as good as the entrance suggests! It may not look as beautiful inside, yet it's very cozy. The only little issue I experienced is that the WiFi didn't seem to work for me, but it could be just me.
Poetry of Coffee is exactly how I want to feel about my coffee! My mornings were not complete until I had The Poetica with oat milk, so delicious and pleasantly surprised. Very happy I found this place on our trip! Also as a bonus a very cute place and a nice seating area in the back.
This is such a nifty coffee shop. The outside is so pretty and colorful that it just draws you to go inside. The coffee is really good and, in my opinion, reasonable priced. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick. I will definitely stop by again the next time I am in the area.
I love this place. Love the music, love the people, love the ambiance, love the food, and they have some crazy good coffee ??. Their bathroom is really cool because it has chalk in it and you’re able to write on the walls. It’s an overall really great vibe and you get to enjoy drinks while being in a lovely environment.
The plain croissants are delicious! And the staff is friendly and welcoming. The shop is warm and inviting.
I love everything about this cafe: the beautiful storefront, the plants inside the cafe, the art on the walls, the staff, the coffee, the food. It seems small when you walk in, but there’s actually a larger room in the back where you can sit for a bit while enjoying your coffee / sandwich. Great neighborhood cafe.
Gorgeous intimate coffee shop ideal to hang out and work. The wifi connection is impeccable! I've been working downloading audio files and mixing a podcast, perfect spot to be and do it.The tea I had was great and the aesthetics are super comfy. Music is definitely not laud at all and the street is really lovely. Very close from Prospect Park, definitely a place to come.Food is great. They have amazing macaroons, quiches and sweets.The staff is a 200%. Super awesome people, really giving and helpful. Definitely one of my favourite cafes so far around this area.
Love Poetica for a coffee and a great place to work! There are some tables on the sidewalk and a hidden big room in the back where a lot of people work. There’s great Wi-Fi and even a printer you can pay to use. Also a clean bathroom. Their food and snacks do leave something to be desired so I usually just stick with a drink now.
Such a lovely location perfect for chilling out, eating small bites & taking some IG worthy flicks!! I loved the indoor & outdoor art & decor. The back part of the establishment is perfect for reading, getting work done or just escaping the hustle and bustle of Brooklyn. That part/space is for the vaccinated only.
Friendly people, secret hangout vibe with plant-filled back room & limited outdoor seating in back, too. The best flat white in the area now. Scrumptious pastry & pirougue selection.
