Simply the best pierogies we had ever eaten, including a trip to Poland. Delicate, delicious, and I highly recommend the Murray's and the Meat. Service was amazing too
We stumbled upon this great pierogi palace walking down Manhattan Ave. The rear garden is charming, the service friendly and helpful and the food exceptional. We had a cup of borscht, a serving of six savory pierogis (3 each of 2 kinds) and a summer bowl : six pierogis garnished with caramelized onions in a bowl with green and yellow squash red peppers kielbasa and gherkins. Delicious and filling, and even the crockery was attractive and tasteful
Solid pierogis
I love the interior design, minimal and stylish. The staffs were very enthusiastic and patiently introduced different plates to us, make it easier for us to experience Polish cuisine for the very first time. We had a very pleasant dining experience! We will definitely go back!
Nice place, polite server! Really good drinks, especially the one with Kinder Bueno. When I ordered the borscht, I was expecting something different (This was more like a broth), but I guess everyone makes it differently. The pierogi were a tad bit oily for my liking, but I still enjoyed them a lot ☺️ The dill sauce was AMAZING!
Great polish spot for perogies with a nice backyard space. Definitely try their BBQ Chicken perogies (seasonal dish) with the Dill sour cream. Delicious and well stuffed. They give you six perogies per order but let you mix and match (eg. 3 potato & 3 bbq chicken).
Delicious food and super friendly staff and super nice atmosphere! Place worth it to visit!
Wanted to try out a Polish restaurant in Greenpoint, since I am Polish American and was passing through NYC. So tried out this restaurant based on other reviews. Experienced great service with an attentive server. Modern style that appeared to be recently renovated with 2 separate dining areas. Very cute pierogie pillows added to the charm. Food served on Polish pottery for an authentic touch. Extensive list of pierogie filling options. We ordered the meat and potato/cheese pierogies, which were small but very tasty. Sweet pierogies with fruit and cheese filling are also on the menu. Also tried the golumpki (stuffed cabbage) with meat and tomato sauce option. I do cook my own at home with my mother's recipe and found these to be mostly rice and not enough meat. Still tasty, but would be better with more meat. Missed that potato pancakes or haluski were not included on the menu. Overall a good dining experience with great service.
Outstanding fresh pierogis & grilled kielbasa paired perfectly with a refreshing Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka/apple cocktail followed by sweet, delicious sweet cheese & raspberry pierogis for dessert. Owner was sweet and staff was phenomenal. Cannot wait to come back!
Excellent service and food was delicious.
