I spent four years working in Vietnam years ago and was delighted to find this restaurant in Bay Ridge. I ordered the bun cha gio thit nuong, which was one of my favorite dishes in Vietnam. Tasty dish!

I ordered through seamless and although the food is good what I didn’t like was the response s worker told meApparently the delivery person was at the wrong address and text me to say my food was downstairs which was impossible because I was standing right in front of my job (I work at NYU). When I called the restaurant to let them know about a possible missed delivery, the person on the phone had the AUDACITY to tell me “it’s not my responsibility if the delivery guy lost your order” EXCUSE ME?!!!! I paid for that food! So it is indeed your responsibility to make sure I get what I paid for!So long for this restaurant. Food is good but the customer service SUCK

The food is excellent. Superb calamari, pho, pork chop, & sandwiches. I ordered on the phone and they were nice and helpful.

Clean tablesPolite serviceGood food.Speak Vietnamese & Cantonese

The slices of meat in the Pho had a soapy taste. We ordered #1, a sandwich, and spring rolls that was both very average. Thanks for the fast delivery.

I really enjoyed number 9 on the menu. It’s my favorite. I recommend adding the sauces in the bottles it makes the pho taste even better. Take it from my friend who does not like pho and added the sauces and enjoyed it ??

Must be inflation or something but they've been giving alot of less food. No napkins, no chopsticks, no fork, no spoons for takeout. Still taste great but you're not getting much for your money.

Cozy and delicious! Food was transporting. I recommend the hot and sour fish soap! If you want great pho and other Vietnamese dishes you won't be disappointed.

When you order Pho soup, it comes with NO Tendon or beef tripe.Broth was watery, minimal flavor. They force you to give bigger tip.B rating from Inspection.

Very average pho with tons of msg and smaller portions. There's an elderly gruff server who makes patrons feel very uncomfortable with his mannerisms. Ask for a menu a second time and he may bite your head off.
