Love the idea of this store and have been trying to support it for almost 20 years despite the customer service being somewhat hot and cold at times. But today I tried for the this time in a week to patronize the juice bar and for the third time failed. Since there is no clear demarcation of where to stand to wait to order versus where to stand to wait for your order to be filled, and since the service is usually somewhat slow, one is often at the mercy of self policing. Today I walked up to the order counter and waited patiently. After several minutes of not being acknowledged by anyone behind the counter (this is as per usual) one of the other customers who I thought was waiting for her order walked up and confronted me for cutting in front of her. There are at least 3 other juice establishments within a short walk and I will be taking that walk in the future.
I like the variety of items, very convenient hours of operation; the customer service is really lacking.

Lots of vegan items you just won't find anywhere else, you will find here. Don't fear it when it's busy they are efficient!

Perelandra is my pick for local grocery shopping (near NYS Courts). Its a little pricey but the quality of food in this healthy food store is unmatched. Stop by Perelandra's juice bar for a fresh juice or smoothie. You won't get disappointed! I recommend!
