Here to say how wonderful the staff is! I’ve become a regular in the mornings at the cafe, and everyone is consistently kind, helpful, personable and professional. Especially Joe - he’s a stand-out talent!!

After hearing some hype, I wanted to give them a chance for my morning caffeine fix. The cold brew is fine, but easily the most expensive in the neighborhood, and they charge extra for alternate milks. Unsurprisingly for the folks behind Olmstead and Mason Yaki, I would say overhyped, over priced, and underwhelming.

Amazing pastries baked fresh every day. Great coffee and selection of local products in the store. Able to access the back and outside for seating at that is kid-friendly. Free WiFi too!

Fresh pasties out of the oven warm and delicious coffee. I especially love all the local businesses they support by selling their product - Hudson valley charcuterie being one of my favorites!

Petit size pastries laddered on a mini shelf on the cashier counter. The baguettes just came out of the oven while we got there, very tempting, but we ended up with 3 kinds of pastries.Sour cherry almond financier, my favorite among the three. The tartness from the cherry balanced the richness of the cake.Maple cruller, surprisingly not too sweet, which I like, but the texture was different than what I thought. It wasn’t crunchy enough and the inside was very airy and sort of plain.Bostock was rich in flavor but too soggy.

The cruller!!! The lingonberry tart. So pleased this bakery has graced our presence in Brooklyn – so rustic and refined. You can even buy a carton of potatoes along with your coffee.

Amazing pastries bread, good coffee, really friendly service! Love having them in the neighborhood. Hoping they reconsider using paper to go cups and bags for everything fA 4.50$ cortado out of a to go cup is sad and unnecessarily wasteful :(

really awesome bakery that accelerates the awesome sweets you might find (i wouldn't know) at olmsted but now at a counter with a kinda weird elevated grocery vibe. the lack of signs and general display of items is a little concerning since you might not know what you're getting, and it gives off a pretentious brooklyn vibe at times, but the pastry's are really solid. the eclairs filling was a nice amalgamation of coffee and caramel but the pastry was a little underwhelming and flavorless at times. the tart was exceptional though and the baguette was also perfect. would definitely return but hopefully with less local weirdo vibes of people who act more new york then actually new yorkers.

Tasty bakery treats from the team behind Olmsted and Maison Yaki. Always different things, keep going back to try something new.

Docking a star due to some inconsistencies with the crullers. I bought several crullers over the weekend to share with friends. However, the batch I received were overcooked. Hopefully this was just a fluke, as every other cruller I’ve had from Evi’s has been delicious.
