The food was fresh and I enjoyed my meal but most of the tables were not clean. However I did find one table that didn't have leftover food crumbs. This is not the usual for any Panera so I hope this is not the case whenever I go back. Note: restaurant is located in the outside food court of the Gateway Mall in Brooklyn near Smash Burger, and the mall is near the Belt Pkwy, Erskine exit #15.
This location has gone down hill. Food was ok. But the place is a mess. Someone spilled a drink on the floor, I was there about 40 minutes. No one cleaned it up. One girl on the register and she is trying to keep everyone happy.Bathrooms were a mess too.
Saddest grilled cheese ever! Non toasted bread, not fully melted cheese. It’s ok for a $3 grilled cheese, not for an almost $10 one :(. Was highly disappointed.

They're always sold out. I don't know how is possible for you to be sold of majority of your food on a Tuesday at afternoon? Or any other day that you come? Every time I do there to eat I always have to settle for something else and this time I really don't see why they was open you can only by drinks and one kind of salad,
Watched myself and 2 other people walk out because of the wait, zero urgency from the staff to get orders out, 1 hour wait for some sandwiches, salad, and soup?, idk if they need more staff or new management because the manger didn’t even sound like he wanted to be there and unsure of him self, but save your time at this location, In 1 hour i could be in Long Island with food already where the service is better
Waited over 30min for food. Team Member out front was taking laps doing nothing, kitchen wasn’t staffed or set up for the amount of guests they were dealing with. Guests were asking questions about order, but there was no one able to assist or give us an estimated wait time. Second time I’ve had to wait over 30min at this location for a salad and a sandwich. Management should really take a look at the overall flow of operations here. Not an amazing experience two times in a row now.
Always a long wait & rarely ever has everything on the menu. Avoid this place on the weekends and during lunch. Just waited over an hr for soup and sandwiche.
They made us wait for more than half an hour, to end up giving us the wrong order. Better go and make your own pizza next door
Ordered online before 5. Emailed at 5:19p that my order was ready for pickup. 5:30 I arrive and I’m told it’s not ready, no reason why. 5:53p I go to ask what’s going on (I’m the only person waiting for food)and they tell me they didn’t have 2 of the six bagels I ordered (were they ever going to tell me if I didn’t ask?). Got home and realized I didn’t get my Green Tea.
