It was awesome to see the level of detail and service that the members of this location showed during this visit. The staff still adhered to the protocols and it added to the safety of the moments as we awaited our food. So if you are in the Downtown Brooklyn Bridge area and you are looking for a fresh item then give the Adams Street location of Panera Bread à visit.
Pure chaos. It takes me a year to forget why I don't come here, and then I'm reminded that one visit a year why should never come back. Ordered ahead to not stand around waiting, and apparently it takes 30+ min to make a (premade) parfait. They do not use the rapid order ahead shelves for self service as advertised, and staff were too preocupied to hand out food to a dozen plus people standing anyway after ordering ahead. They actually lost my order in the confusion, but just kept saying to me "it's not ready yet". They eventually just gave it to me. Maybe next year I'll trust history.
This Panerais not a nice than some of the other Paneras as the area to eat is a little weird. Its smaller and pretty busy every time I get there. The food is good as any typical Panera though.
This is probably the worst Panera Bread I’ve ever been to in the state of NY. I’ve been here a few times, just thought they were having “off days” but you can’t possibly have off days every day since opening. Food is gross, they barely put anything on the sandwiches and it’s always cold. Step it up.
Located in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn at Adams Street and Brooklyn Bridge Blvd is the Panera Bread. This was my first time at this Panera Bread location. I was signed up for the coffee subscription to see how the coffee tasted at the Panera Bread while going for a walk. I have met the franchise manager who was wonderful and took initiative to clear up the lines by offering customers to use the Panera app, kiosk, or by using the self service. I ordered a coffee for my evening walk which was Hazelnut coffee with half and half and six sugars. The coffee is made always fresh and great overall. I recommend this store for the wonderful coffee.
This place sucks. Ive ordered coffee here 5 times through the app with so called rapid pick up. Its never ready and i always have to wait, even if i give them 15 minutes. Employees ignore you while you stand around. Waste of time, even if coffee is free.
I just like writing reviews for exceptional service. The guy who was in charge of mobile order was super nice. Too bad I didn't get his name. He took extra steps to make sure my order came out right. They are usually very busy and covid made their lines longer than ever.
Only thing that was good is the French onion soup
The you pick two cheddar broccoli soup and the chipotle avocado chicken melt is bomb I also had the cheese flatbread pizza not a fan.
I came a few days ago, the staff was excellent and the service was amazing. The young man at the register was incredibly helpful. I recommend the chicken chipotle melt!
