The food was awful from beginning to end. I left just as hungry as I was when I came in. The bathroom was filthy. They probably forgot that Covid is still in full effect. One good thing was that the customer service was very good and they understood, acknowledged, and agreed with my complaints. Credit was issued where credit was due.
Went here for happy hour with 5 of my girlfriends ! Kaleb was very knowledgeable or the liquor ? drinks, and menu . Beyond professional and gave the best guest customer service experience ever . Hospitality was the best I’ve ever received at this outback . I rather sit at the bar rather than a table because the servers service isn’t better than Kalebs. Woohoo!!!
It was our first time at this location which I was timid at first but it was a great choice! Immediately I felt so comfortable with our server Angie , she was fantastic! She provided excellent customer service skills, knew the menu and appropriately up sell the food. Definitely will be coming back to this location and hoping she can serve me every time.
I had the pleasure of being served by Dontay P on May 14. He was polite and attentive even though they were pretty busy he made sure to check up on us. He kept us informed on the arrival of our food and made us feel comfortable. I appreciate good service without all the attitude. The food was also fresh and prepared to perfection which made the wait worth it. Hope to visit again soon.
Came to celebrate our 22nd Anniversary. Great Service by our waitress Jazeen with more than a smile and cheeriness. She was attentive and made sure we were having fun and enjoying everything. The food was exactly to our specifications and came out hot and on time. The Thunder and Lightning dessert was rich and delicious! The manager Kenyetta came over to us to see that we were being taken care of and wish us a good anniversary. I will come back again just for the friendly staff and stay for the good food!
The server was really nice. Too nice I might add. French fries and rice were perfect. Steak gummy like parts. But the meat itself was good.
I come here all the time and the food is amazing. My server has been Gisselle the last few times I’ve been and I’ve never had an experience like hers before.

Don't get me wrong the food has taste but this is only the second time ordering from them. Can't remember what i ordered for myself the first time but the first time i ordered a filet mignon well done for my dad and it was pink inside when we cut it. This time i ordered the same filet mignon well done for myself again cut it open and its pink inside. This is not well done. Some might like their meat like that but i don't
Loved the amount of food you get. Ill deff come back for that bloomin onion and bloomin shrimp.
