I got Vareniki and they tasted amazing. My cappuccino was also good. A piece of cake I got at the end wasn’t fresh, the cream felt like straight up frozen butter. I’d recommend getting the hot food, not the dessert?

Highly recommend by friends with Russian and Ukrainian connections. The food were wonderful. From the shirmp cocktails to broscht. Father in law said the food reminds him of his Ukrainian grandmother's cooking. Service is a bit slow, but no one seems to mind it, as it is frequent by regulars. A real neighborhood gem.

Food is tasty. Service without extra frills but fast and friendly. Outside look is rather run down, not at all linked to good quality of food. Recommend very much.

Simple but wonderful food. Lamb kebab is top notch. Herring and salmon, out of this world. Seafood soup is light and flavourful. Every time I go there things are better. Service is impeccable.

High quality Russian and Ukrainian food. Great prices. Take a walk on the beach after

Came for an early dinner. Very simple yet clean decor. Long menu of Russian food staples and delicacies. Nothing fancy. Just good cooking and low key yet tasteful presentation.

Everything we ordered was so delicious and well-presented that we couldn't stop wowing! It's a rare place that serves Vareniki with meat. They were unbeatable!Solyanka soup was the best! Chicken kebabs were so tender and delicious! All the portions were very generous too.It was one of the best meals we ever had.

Excellent authentic Russian food and great friendly service. Pierogi, Strogonoff, and Borsch soup all amazing. Great value too. Loved their outoor dining space - we were the first to use it. Thank you!

Nice place with traditional Russian food. It's not fancy at all, but food is prepared in homemade style. The taste and flavor are there, that's for sure. More than reasonable prices. When I've visited this place they were understaffed, so be prepared to wait for your food.Very good "sirniki" (Russian pancakes stuffed with "tvorog", special cream cheese.Beef Stroganoff was a surprise, although it lacked acidity (that's why pickled cucumbers are mandatory ingredient in this dish).Very convenient location! You can reach this place by using yellow Q subway line.Enjoy!

Service is great, especially for a Russian place. Food hit everything on the mark. I tried the herring with potatoes and the beef stroganoff. Left feeling content and happy.
