NSA (No Strings Attached) Noodle Bar in Williamsburg is such a unique spot to visit. I was shocked by the versatile menu items - there is literally a dish for everyone in terms of flavors and ingredients. The Japanese and Italian-American inspired plates really push imagination to new heights.I decided to order the PORK BELLY GUA BAO to start (4 pieces - Braised Pork Belly Steam Buns | Yuzu Coleslaw | Spicy Mayo) and the HOTATE MISO RAMEN (Pan-Seared Sea Scallop | Shiro Miso Broth | Menma | Shio Soft-Boiled Egg | Scallion | Nori | Naruto | Corn) and the WASHUGYU GARGANELLI(Braised American Wagyu Ragu Sauce | Garganelli | Parmesan | Basil | Garlic). My favorite plates was the Washugyu Garganelli, it was so savory and decadent, the first bite melted in my mouth. There is something magical about the fusion of Japanese and Italian cuisine, and the combination of non traditional meat, veggies and techniques.Additionally, the interior is so cute, the gentle lighting works wonders in their cozy open space.

My go to Ramen spot whenever I’m in Williamsburg. So far my hubby and I tried chilled shrimp Yuzu shoyu ramen, truffle tonkotsu, uni angel hair pasta, vegetarian ramen and scallop miso ramen. Everything is so good and we’ll keep coming back until we try everything on the menu! The artwork is by my favorite Japanese artist Pesu and so cool as well!

A BYOB hidden gem A beautiful small restaurant with nice ambiance and outstanding food!! We got battered octopus balls, uni pasta and truffle tonkotsu ramen — each dish tasted phenomenal!

Exceptional food, service, and decor. This is like a hidden gem off an otherwise crowded Bedford Ave. The food is thoughtfully put together and portioned, and there's a wonderful blend of authentic Japanese and Italian. We had a reservation of a party of 7 and had a beautiful large table set up for us.We shared the burrata as a starter and I cannot recommend it enough. I had the Wagyu pasta which was incredible. We'll definitely be back!

This is one of my favorite places in the neighborhood!! The noodles are SO fresh and it’s fun to try the different items. I’ve come multiple times and so far have had the uni crème, scallop fettuccine and wagyu garganelli (and ordered the burrata appetizer each time because it is amazing). This place has never disappointed.

I really wanted to love this place but unfortunately it was not up to par to the standards seen on the website. Before I start I would like to say the service was excellent and that was not an issue in any way. My issue was really with the food. I ordered a wagyu skewer which was over cooked and quite salty, not really wagyu and I felt like we were charged too much for such a small appetizer. I could tell that the meat was cubes feed but it was just a little chewy in texture and it wasn’t worth the money. My friend ordered the spicy chicken ramen which was a decent ramen, a little on the salty side as well but the noodles were chewy. I got the uni Angel hair pasta but unfortunately I found it terrible. The only flavorful thing on it was the uni itself. I tried to mix it with the noodles but the Angel hair noodles and clean sauce were quite oily and flavorless. I have had uni based pastas before and thought it would have some hints of yuzu and miso in it to enhance the overall flavor but it was too much pasta, no flavor, and I was disappointed. I hope this restaurant does succeed as they take feedback and improve their menu. I would be happy to try it out again if that happens.

Came across this place on my way home from work and decided to give it a try. I tried the American Wagyu Skewers as a starter and SO GOOD. Perfect temperature and much flavor. Next I tried the Uni Creme Angel Hair and woah, great balance of uni flavor in the entire dish. Service was intent also. Highly recommend giving this place a try!

A really excellent new spot in the neighborhood! Very impressed with both the tastiness and presentation of the dishes. The pasta was amazing, and the miso honey burrata was fantastic! The place is currently BYOB which is also a huge plus.

WOW, this place is incredible and such a great addition to the neighborhood! The food is absolutely fantastic and such a unique fusion of Asian and Italian flavors. I highly recommend the Pesto Gnocchi and the shishito peppers — both are incredible. Also love that they are currently BYOB until they get their liquor license! Our service with Sebastian was wonderful. Highly recommend!
