Their delivery is very prompt so I’ll give them that. Their smoothies always seem to be lacking something on top of the fact that they don’t fill the cup all the way and never give me a straw. Maybe staff is too worried about the million rules you have to adhere to just sit down and enjoy a meal.

My order is almost always wrong. I can count on 1 hand how many times they sent me the right meal. Done. Today was the very last straw.
Superslow ubereat pick up 30 minutes . Poor service
This wasn't the first time I came to this location, I usually go to the Bay Ridge location but I was around the Smith St one so I went in around 8ish(it says this location closes at 9pm). I ordered a spinach wrap,while I was eating it I noticed the spinach was raw, they usually steam it, the mozzarella cheese was cold and was barely melted, towards the end of me eating the wrap because I was hungry the chicken was cold and kinda stale. I don't know I guess my order was rushed or I got what was left before they closed but like I said I've been here before and it was never this bad. I guess I'll think twice about ordering from this location when I'm around the area.

So disappointing. My order arrived exactly on time but the food was freezing cold. The manager refused to refund me due to the fact that the delivery was not late or incorrect. We tried the (cold) food and it was completely tasteless. Not sure what went wrong here but hopefully they can improve both product quality and service.
