We were on Roosevelt Island for the 4th of July and had the opportunity to try Memphis Seoul as they were set up along with the food trucks. My husband said their Bao Buns were the best he has ever had and he tries his fair share of them whenever we travel. We also got the fully loaded Tiger tots which were delicious.

Nice variety of interesting food options. I tried several and everything was tasty. I enjoyed the blend of Korean with Memphis cuisine. Friendly staff as well.

Ok so this place is over priced , and my children say they need to hire me to cook their greens, how do you serve greens without at least sides of vinegar and Tabasco . We had to pull teeth for salt and pepper!Edit: I’m sorry but I was not impressed, my food was unseasoned and disgusting we had to ask you twice for salt and pepper the first time someone told us no that you didn’t have it and the second time we asked someone else and she had to go to the back to get it for us .

Food was not good. Interesting concept but not done correctly as in wanting to order food there again. Bao buns were too dry, food was salty and seemed like a paltry representation of the half of what korean food it should be. They should hire someone to correct their menu or just stick to it being a barbeque joint without the korean fakeness.

Went here after a park walk and it hit the spot! The meatloaf is fantastic as were the buns. My favorite thing however was the corn bread. Had I any room in my stomach I would of ordered another side of it. Great food and an interesting take on southern food for sure!

This place is great! The steamed buns with bulgogi meatloaf and fried chicken are a must. Very unique take on corn bread and Mac n cheese that will definitely have me coming back for more. Besides the food, the staff were great and the place itself is very clean and welcoming. Try the pear soju too!

Decent hidden gem near Medgar Evars and the BKlyn museum. Food is hit or miss Korean soul food. The Bulgogi Meatloaf (had it on a bao) was delicious. The cheesy ramen, not as much. But comfort food is their speciality, and a large selection of soju and Makgeolli.

Everything I tasted here was amazing. While slightly too spicy for me, I still can’t get enough of their ramen ‘n cheese. So so good!

The only reason I didn't give it a 5 because half a star for not mentioned on the menu description there is pork in the greens and secondly the Catfish was a bit oily. Good serving size for the price and fresh. Definitely a unique taste of southern food crossed with Koren style. Food was hot upon arrival. Even though I don't stay too far from them. But couldn't enjnjoy oKnowing pork was near my other food in this meal plate.

I ordered from here last week, first-timer and I'm in love! I ordered the Four-piece combo of their delicious Riverboat Fried Chicken, ramen mac&cheese, and cornbread. The chicken was crispy and warm upon arrival which I was so happy about. There was a lot going on at the restaurant and my order did take a bit longer than expected but totally worth the wait. Honestly, better to be busy than not at all. I spoke with Richard (hope I remembered the right now), he was super honest about the wait time and communicated the hold-up and why, which is not something I can say for most places. Okay back to the food! I've never had ramen mac&cheese and this one was sooo good. It had a spicy kick which I'm sure most people would really enjoy. I'm just not at all a spicy lover, but I still powered through and ate it. Defiantly looking forward to having another couple of dishes from here.
