The seating area was clean which was a plus because some of the other chain tables are a mess. The had seaing but the bathroom was not available which didn't make sense. They had customers with kids, including myself which is not good. Lastly, I received my food in a timely manner but it took over 10 minutes for our drinks which were right on their counter. Very disorganized in the back.

The overall experience was fast. I only wait 3-4 mins. I staff were upbeat and moving. So pretty good trip in my opinion.

FOOOODDD POISINGGGG! I ORDERED A MEAL FROM THIS SPECIFIC MCDONALDS .. been eating McDonald’s for years but the team in here didn’t care about making my orderly properly & within minutes of eating my fries I received severe stomach pain. THROUGH THE PAIN IMA STILL KEEP IT REALY DONT BUY FOOD FROM THE MCDONALDS.. THANK GOD I DIDNT GIVE MY CHILD THE MEAL THEY MADE FOR HER.

2022.04.09ish, this location says no one allowed to sit inside on a cold day, even though not only is it no longer required, but you don't even have to prove you're vaccinated anymore. So why are they acting like it's late 2020? Everything else was fine, good service, good food, nice and clean what with the lack of customers.

I went to pick up my order from this McDonald’s on 4/25/22. I had a very bad experience with this place. Their customer service was horrible and the lady( manager) was racist because she was only serving people of her color. I waited 45 min and asked 6 times to that lady who was serving the order. She wouldn’t even look at me or tell me anything about my order. Whoever ordered after me came and took their food and left. I have been telling the lady; Can you please give me my order even though the food was ready. She ignored me and kept serving other people. If there were zero stars, I would have put that. They seriously need to improve their customer service.

It's just a McDonald's. That being said, I've been here when it's been extremely busy and they've still managed to prepare my order more quickly and professionally as the slower locations. While generally professional and pleasant, some of the other NYC locations could learn a thing or two from The Fulton Street crew.

The service is okay, a bit disorganized. It is very clean too. Most importantly is the type of customers they attract. There is a lot of mental I'll and addicts in there, I don't know how anyone could sit and eat in peace.

Without a doubt we were IMPRESSED. When you go to McDonald's, during the lunch rush, one usually expects chaos, incorrect orders, sticky surfaces, the works. This particular McDonald's did NOT fit that mold. The ladies handling the front counter dominated their work day. There were a plethora of customers, orders coming in left and right, a "homeless man" getting in everyone's way begging for food [with a WAD of cash in his hand], it was insane. Those ladies were calling out order numbers, handing out drinks, communicating with the back, each other, and the customers with precision and clarity that I have rarely seen especially in a fast food restaurant. Plus the food was actually really good! I do have to give a shout out to the sweet tea. Im from Mississippi and finding good sweet tea here in NYC is a difficult task. The Sweet tea from here was absolutely amazing!!

Service is good. But they really did customers dirty, replace big mac‘s meat for quater pounder, fill water into drinks etc……

My friend and I checked this place out for restaurant week and I'm happy we did. The ambiance was great. The food was excellent. I got the lamb and it was cooked perfectly, the exact way I asked for it. The calamari was amazing. Dessert was even better. Their drinks are definitely worth the price. They have a great margarita. Service and the all-around experience were phenomenal. Definitely going back.
