The lady at the drive thru. Window was not helpful at all, I asked her about the total of my order and she looked at me as if she did not understand and in fact she did not. Mcdonald needs to hire personnel that speak English otherwise they can not be of any assistance to the customer.I do not know if this comment is going to make it to the person who should make a change , I hope it does . I ordered on doordash and they gonna say they don’t have my food when I show them the proof they said that has nothing to do with them had to get a refund but sometimes people don’t a refund they hungry and want to eat but they can’t because McDonald’s hire anyone I would know I worked there and my ex coworkers didn’t have a care in the world about customer service!
Staff good, very honest and generally kind. Managers are gonna be managers but the majority staff will look out for you if you're patient and understanding. Food meh it's McDonald's not Ruth's Chris
Ordered on kiosk and watched them make fresh fries and decided to give me old fries and was declined the fresh fries. I didnt argue I had to go to work and was hungry.
Yooooo this was not only the cleanest Mc Donald's I have seen but everyone was fresh clean and beautiful. I live in upstate where white folks are at and I tell u seeing my kind of people thank you for making me feel at home and for having that Mc Donald's jingle in my ear. Service was great and food was hot and good.
2021.. Imagine.. McDonalds telling you they have no PENNIES, therefore they will keep your 4 cents. No U will give the customer a nickel n McDonalds will loose 1 cent. Besides the.. Take out ... check your bags. Make sure it’s correct, ketchup, napkins n straws. Now u get LESS for MORE.. High Prices.Minus-1 Drive Through Drama Can’t win.Today April 1st, 2022. McDonalds On Bway in Williamsburg again SCREWED up the order my husband ordered n picked up. We all know men don’t check the bags, n YUP he brings it home. He paid $34.80 n received the food shown in the photo. Maybe $ 15 worth. Imagine that n there wasn’t even a line of customers. Had to return to get corrected.
Terrible service. Staff don't care. Forget to put food that your ordered. Or mix up order (i.e no cheese and put cheese). When you call the ask for credit for next time. No one picks up. Just an answering machine. No one calls back. No one cares. Gives the local chipotle down the street a run for it's money at lousy customer service.
Meh, seems like some of their dishes are getting smaller and no love. I only eat the chicken sandwhich and the spicy chicken with a sweet tea. Everything else doesn't catch my attention
Quick service. Drive thru at night time is quick. Usually don't stop by during rush hour cause traffic can be ridiculous in the area.
This McDonald's turns off their ice cream machine at a certain time (meaning it's not broken) and it still lists ice cream related products as options when ordering after that time. This leaves everyone who picks up (customers & delivery people) waiting for around 20 minutes before being told they don't have the product that was placed in the order causing cancelations.Everything else is fine. The staff is purely conscious and working hard. Otherwise, this would have been a 1* review
