A truly amazing experience from being seated to paying our server for the great food and excellent service. We had the Portuguese octopus with zucchini in a fresh mint vinaigrette and arugula for starters and North Atlantic salmon caper berry white wine with sautéed kale and purple cabbage. The drinks from the bar were prompt and well mixed, wonderful staff I highly recommend this place
Mariella is favorite restaurant in Brooklyn. The food is always absolutely delicious and well prepared. The staff are friendly and accommodating. We bring our toddler with us everytime and they are always welcoming and accommodates our seating preference when possible. They deserve the 5+ stars! Looking forward to my next visit.

We had the sauteed/Pan seared octopus for starters which I highly recommend, the braised rib cannot be passed up, and the chocolate souffle was perfectly baked. The drinks from the bar were prompt and well mixed. Altho we never mentioned it, you made our birthday celebration a memorable one. 6 stars for this place!

Overpriced for such small portions, food was ok but nothing special. They have good beer though
No matter how many times I try other Italian in the neighborhood, I catch myself coming back to Mariella. The pasta is always comforting, there's rotating seasonal menus, and always a decently-priced bottle to split with my spouse or a friend. Service is quick and friendly. Eating on the cozy patio during spring and summer makes the meal perfect.
That was totally delicious. My sister and I stopped in after a day of shopping. We picked this restaurant based on Google reviews alone and weren't disappointed! We had the brussels sprouts appetizer and the BLT that was on their brunch menu. Incredible! Then, dessert. Again, incredible!

This was my first time ordering from Mariella, and it was a great experience. The food was wonderful, and it was nice to see that they have gluten free dishes, and pasta! I will definitely order from here again.
