Amazing bagels! They are so delicious, and the coffee is perfect. Their customer service is great, and they are very friendly!
Lula Bagel is an awesome bagel spot that's also great for sandwiches. They do get very busy on weekends, though. I recommend ordering ahead online, rather than placing your order at the window. This might be my favorite breakfast spot in Crown Heights.
?The worst ever the lady or owner EXTREMELY RACIST on the morning feb 15.2022 I went in to this business like I usually do I waited 25 min for bagel after the the RUDE lady took my order I try to pay wit my tap it says tap accepted here she told me no sorry our machine is down as i waited for my order to white costumers came in SEPARATELY and paid wit there tap unbelievable. I just walk out and left my order I payed CASH FOR. THAT PLACE hire black people to PRETEND THEY NOT RACIST ??????
Bagels are great, but it never fails that the cashier people are rude and just getting a bagel with cream cheese takes WAY too long. This has forced me to just go to Dunkin over having to deal with the inconveniences here.
Food never arrived Shame because this place used to be great. Definitely gone downhill. There are better options nearby.

Lula Bagel is a tiny gem on Nostrand Avenue. The bagels are top notch and the sandwiches are simple and tasty. It's hard to go wrong when ordering from there.The also have a selection of cookies, rugelach, and other bakery items to give you the sugary kick you might be in the mood for.Prices seem fair, especially for the overall quality.
There was seating to wait for your purchase. Server was pleasant. Ordered a bagel with veggie cream cheese. It wasn't bad, I've had softer bagels and probably due to breakfast crowd...I missed my bus waiting on my bagel.
I think this is the best coffee spot in Crown Heights. Baristas are friendly & helpful. Their espresso-based drinks (especially their macchiatos) are delicious -- and even better with oat milk!
I always see a line for this Bagel store so I Decided to give it a try. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED..I ordered cream cheese and bacon on a cinnamon raisin bagel.Although the bagel tasted fresh, I expected it to be some kind of warm since I asked for toasted and the inside is clearly blackened..bacon also cold 7.50 for this is a RIP off I can make better at home never again .
