Been here maybe 5 times since moving here from Singapore 9 months ago (and eating plenty of pho there and in Viêt Nam) and this place is consistently delicious. The vegan ginger chicken pho is so freaking good. And my husband loves the beef brisket one. It’s always fresh, fast, hot and authentic. It’s great as well that the little outdoor eating area is kinda cute. Staff members are nice.

This place used to be soo good, however the quality and service has decreased. Tremendously, extremely bland and overcooked, food. today my sister placed an ordered via grubhub and they didn't even show up tried calling no one is picking up, I tried to warned her about this place now I'm warning you guys. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

i’ve now tried this place a few times. had the chicken pho, brisket pho, and the banh mi. all overpriced, lacking real flavor, and somewhat dry (the brisket is good on its own but dries up in the broth). it’s a shame because walking by this place you are duped with the sweet sour aroma of cardamom but i’ve always left just sour.giving 2 stars because it’s edible enough to satisfy a craving.

Sadly the worst Bahn Mi I’ve ever tasted. The meat tasted spoiled, and left me feeling unwell. I’ve eaten Pho from the Williamsburg location (Bahn Mi from Bushwick tho) which is fine (tho not the best I’ve tasted). It’s one thing to not have the best flavor/ be bland — but for the food to taste spoiled and inedible is a whole different situation.

Omg is all I can say about Lucy's! I had their 14 hour smoked brisket and vegan chicken Bahn mi and the flavor was just wow. The bread was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside-it held up well with all the meat and toppings. The meats were perfectly seasoned and super flavorful. I enjoyed the spiciness of the jalapeños and added Sriracha because why not. Their garlic aioli bread was also super delicious and just overall comfort food. It was all washed down with their iced coffee and iced tea. The iced coffee packed a nice punch with its dark roast but perfectly sweetened with the condensed milk. The iced tea had a nice and not overpowering hint of ginger and citrus. Cannot recommend Lucy's enough.

A true shame this place has become. Use to love their pho. Last 2 timea were total turnoffs. First, the meat didn't taste so well, and my husband got sick. After a few month hiatus, decided to give them a try again. They gave us 2 seperate garnishes that had ROTTEN bean sprouts! So disgusting, we almost puked when we opened the container! Disgusting!

Second time ordering takeout here… fine sandwich but they don’t have Mayo? I guess, keep requesting extra and they’ve both times sent it bone dry… 3 stars cause it’s mediocre not cause of the Mayo thing, but the Mayo thing makes it 0 stars in my book cause who wants to eat a dry sandwich

Some of the best pho I’ve ever had. I wish they had some different sides/ appetizers but the vegan ginger chicken is gasssssssassssssss

yeh so this isn't pho... it's more of a Chinese beef noodle soup. Doesn't taste bad but if you're going to fulfill a pho craving you will be disappointed.

I often order the “vermicelli salad” the bun cha ga/ bun thit nuong when I go to Vietnamese spots. It’s my favorite with the fresh herbs and vegetables and the clear sweet and sour dressing that pulls it together. From Lucy’s Vietnamese, I ordered the lemon grass vermicelli bowl, thinking that this would be a version of that recipe. The only reason I’m on the google page is to double check to see if I ordered something drastically unlike what I thought it would be. Instead of vermicelli, it’s angel hair. The sauce is just a weird vinegar, and there are no green herbs or leaves. The chicken doesn’t taste like lemongrass at all.The mushrooms, purple cabbage, and cucumber make me think of the Korean bowls that are all the rage, which I like. This is neither that nor the bun, but an identity crisis. I’m not sure what this is, or why it’s offered on a menu at all. If it’s a completely different dish, fine, but at least make it appetizing?
