Perfect "real!" tacos. It was totally worth the trip from Times Square to Dumbo to eat at this place. We ordered all variants: chicken, pork and cactus incl rice and beans. The only sidenote for me would be to have more rice compared to the beans we got.
Great vibes. The music and the staff here make you feel like you are in somewhere in South America
Decent food, awful vibes/management. Music is blasting so loud the waitress can hardly here you. Always stuffy and hot. Salsa is self retrieved using tiny plastic spoons. Napkins are nowhere near where you get your food. And don’t bother tipping at the cash register because the staff doesn’t receive any of it, owner keeps it all (illegal?) - overall very mid, nothing special or noteworthy about the food, it’s very average.
Anyone who’s somewhat Mexican knows these tacos are mid at best. Expensive and bland, not really worth the money. Go to tacos no 1. They don’t disappoint.
I came here for the signature Al pastor tacos and was not disappointed. Huge chunks of pork spill out of these tacos, that include healthy servings of cilantro, salsa and guacamole, too.
Only tried the pork al pastor tacos and they were good. Preferred their red sauce to the green one. Fast service and good prices.
Real tacos al pastor and real hot sauce! Great vibes. Definitely a place to come back.
Tacos had no flavor at all, no peper, no salt, no lime. The pork was dry. It tasted like dog food. Same for chicken salad. Don’t waste your taste buds on this place.

Went to new location on court st, friendly service food not bad. Shared pork burrito meat was tender but lacked a bit of flavor
