Keep your money in your pockets. This place Los Primos,will try and cheat you out of your money. On 5/11/22 around 7:00 p.m. i decided to go into restuarant because i wanted some Chicken chunks with bone. I was charge $9.95. The next day i goes back to get another order of the Chicken chunks and some of Pork shoulder . She said pork shoulder was $6.00 i said cool. After the lady at register ring up my order she told me $21.00. So i ask to see a receipt, something very fishy, from the nigjt before the price on chicken chunks had jump to $13.76 thank God i didn't get any rice and beans.So i started complaining. I told the lady at register i didn't want the chicken chunks . She trying show me the receipt, by this time am upset. I didn't want to see no receipt and keep telling her to forget it no problem.Some young lady was sitting in back eating with a young man. She came over and said it's not her problem the manager went up on prices i told her to mind her business! Because i was already dealing with two lady's at register she said this is my business! i guess a family member of hers owns the restaurant she said.well don't come in here no more i said, you haven't said anything, because i won't come here anymore i felt they were trying to rob me. Were all suffering from this Pandemic. So as i was paying for Pork i gave the lady at register $20.00 my order $6.00 she only gives me back $9.00 simply math people. Still trying to take my money. This place of business have no customer service skills whatsoever, for young lady to tell me not to come back in restuarant, she's not boss maybe she wants to be, wasn't being irate, i wasn't yell, cussing, screaming any of that. I won't be spending my money in this restuarant ever and neither will my friends. Food is to salty.

If I can give this spot zero stars, I would! I ordered for delivery and the food did not come until 2 1/2 hours later. It was LATE, COLD and BURNT! That’s unacceptable!!! After years and years of coming to this place, I’ve noticed that their food has been going downhill in taste. I was trying to be loyal and continue supporting them, but after this experience never again will I be ordering food from them. They were horrible in taking care of this issue. Their customer service is awful! Go to El Gran Canario instead. Located on 174 Borinquen PL
Beware the service is lacking, the food may be good but if you’re not Spanish or speak that language they call you the n word behind your back. I was a customer coming looking for a store nearby and got greeted with a very cold and predictable greeting and a very negative reception will not be visiting here and dont recommend.
Horrible atmosphere and attitude. My son got racially profiled by staff and customers who were Bullying. They were gaslighting him and myself and speaking very vulgar in the background very bigoted area and establishment will not be going there and advising my friends and family to do the same cool at home before you go patronize this place !!!
Worst restaurant in Grand St. Customer service is horrendous. Waited 45 minutes for a simple order, restaurant was empty, when I asked about my order the service lady got upset and brushed me off. I even had to remind her there’s no need for such behavior towards customers, especially for customers spending money on their disgusting tasteless food!
This place serves small portions of food compared to all the other spanish food spots I’ve visited. The food is good but it’s as if the owner trains their waitresses to serve the least amount of food they can. I give them 3 stars because the food is tasty however customer service could be better and once again portions are small as if they’re feeding a small child.
The food is great!!! HOWEVER, the customer service is lacking. I was attempting to order food and one of the servers put beans, (which I don’t eat), on my plate. I told the person that I didn’t want beans and instead of giving me new rice she attempted to scrape the beans out with a spoon. She kept going back and forth with me telling me there were no beans left, but the beans were still in the plate. I just walked out before becoming what I wanted to become (? ??) but I was truly disappointed with that experience. Please treat your customers with respect, I could’ve been allergic or vomited (always do when attempting to eat beans). Little things like that can really keep customers from returning which would suck because the good is great!!
