Amazing experience (and I don't say that alot) food was awesome! Drinks were top notch. Loved the decor and service was great. Pasted this place so many times and that aroma from the kitchen always called me, we finally made it and will definitely be back! Small interior about 3 tables, the bar area then a more private nook in the back that might seat a group of 10 but very cute. They also have outdoor seating if that's your thing. Place was clean, food was quick. Not much else to ask for .
I came there yesterday (5 de mayo), the food was amazing, the drinks where incredible the bartender did such a great job, the waitress did such a good recommendations, some fajitas mix, besides of all the people there (it was sooo full), they manage to get everything perfectly, the best 5 de mayo I had in such a longe time, it’s really worth it so if you want to have a good time go there! 110% recommended !!! (Really good vibes, fun, and live music)!!
This is my go-to place for Mexican food and margs. Owners and staff are super friendly and incredibly attentive. Greet us like old friends every time we come in. The food is incredible. The margaritas and sangria are so delicious and fresh. Great atmosphere, too - beautiful and chill. Highly, highly recommend whether you’re local to the neighborhood or not!
Our favorite Friday night haunt. The margaritas are little works of art. You can chat with the owners and listen to live music. A wonderful spot.
I came here with the best hopes but unfortunately my feedback is they need to learn how to advertise and serve brunch in NYC. Yes, they are new and they were sadly all over the place not knowing how to provide service according to NYC standards. One of the persons helping us, who I think was the owner on a Gucci hat (we were approached by three different people at several times) was condescending to one of me guests several times just because we were voicing out the waiting time was over 20-30 minutes for ONE drink during their ‘one hour unlimited brunch drinks’. Don’t offer unlimited brunch mimosas/sangrias for one hour if you’re going to take 20-30min for one of those aforementioned drinks to be ready. Speed up your game and you’ll have a fully booked restaurant. Otherwise you’ll continue seeing the spot as it is, lacking of guests.Overall: three starts because drinks and food were great, but the service was terrible!
Came here on a Saturday afternoon and ordered the margarita and draft beer, with chips & guac and the ceviche. Drinks and ceviche were fair, guac was excellent. Our server was very pleasant. They have a cool outdoor seating that is nicely decorated with plants, although the chairs were a little uncomfortable. Overall, a good restaurant, I would return.
Great food and amazing service! A top choice for authentic Mexican food.
Was walking my dog past and was drawn in from the amazing outdoor ambiance. Came back later in the evening for an amazing dinner. Super friendly, family-owned spot. Fair prices and great food. Check this place out! Fast service too for when I visited.
The vibe? Authentic Mexican cuisine for those on a budget. For those with more money, come here more often. The inviting and cozy atmosphere is well crafted while still allowing enough space to make those still nervous about Covid feel comfortable. The frozen margaritas are a literal perfect balance of salt, tequila, and lime.If you are hot from a day in the park or want a casual spot to have a more relaxed date I can't think of a better spot on Dekalb.-A Fort Greene Local
Very understaffed, the food took an hour to turn up and when it did it lacked any kind of flavour to the point where we had to add salt ourselves. Massively overpriced cocktails for the quality. Would not recommend
