I’m currently eating at the new Staten Island location and was dissatisfied with the steak fajita. The steak was over cooked and tough. I personally don’t eat Mexican food, however I figured steak would be okay. This steak was very low quality. The rice it came with was also horrible. I asked for it to be taken off the bill, considering I only had one bite. The management refused because “steak is too expensive currently”. I’m never one to complain but I find this absolutely ridiculous. Will never suggest this place to anyone else. You are better off going anywhere else.
Good food and good drinks at Lobo Loco. Staff friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the frozen margaritas. Can be noisy.
Visited here on Mothers day. It was a full house, kind of a open barish vibe. Food was ok. Had the pork tinga enchilada which was good. Others had the taco salad and carne tacos they rated it as alright. Overall an ok experience. Staff were really nice.
The service was good at first, im being honest but we closed our tab and we wanted to leave cash tip. We were still staying the night and our friend came last minute, she ordered food then the lady came DEMANDING Tip, so rude the owner was definitely drunk I was expecting him to come by outside but he started cursing us out telling us to leave. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Never come here, completely rude racist people. He said go back to your country.
Top notch service. Owner was super friendly. Steak was great. French fries cooked to perfection. Kitschy decor is awesome. They have a kids' menu. Enjoy the photos!
Was here on April 9th and as soon as we sat down, felt welcomed and taken care of. The guacamole was amazing and so was the food and Sangria. It has a nice atmosphere for a first time meeting someone. Would definitely come back here again.
I came once before a few months ago and I gave it 5 stars, this time it's getting less. I don't know if they have new management or because of inflation but this visit I had today is going to be my last. The food that we ordered tasted cheap, like if they bought the cheapest ingredients, threw it together and served it to the customers. The waiter took my order and read it back to me correctly but somehow the person who served our food still brought the order not done the way the waiter repeated it; even with the drinks (margaritas) as well. I sent my plate back once and it still came back the wrong way. I hate sending my stuff back because I know the staff gets annoyed and I don't want to chance anyone spitting in my food so I just delt with it. To be honest that dinner was so disappointing and didn't live up to the expectations that I had from the first time I went there in December.
Great place. Drinks are incredible and very fast service. Also the food is good. The only reason it’s not getting a 5 star is because although the food is good, it’s definitely not the best and not authentic Mexican food. But if you love tex-mex and love great drinks with good vibes, you’ll love this place!
they have a great space and locationthe girls and staff there are great.all the food and drinks i tried needs improvement. they should consider a better chef. ill still give 3 stars for their service
Amazing friendly service, food was wonderful and the Mango Margarita was outta this world. Awesome for girls night and any night of the week???
