I have been to Misi and heard great things about Lilia so had to come check it out. Made reservations 30 days in advance. I had an aperol spritz to drink, started with escarole and clams, then got the saffron agnolotti, mafaldini, lamb fettuccine. Dessert was olive oil cake and Italian job. The escarole was nice, the clams were a bit chewy. The saffron sheeps milk filled agnolotti was the best thing there and had great taste and texture, umami and sweet. Mafaldini was decent but not as creamy as I thought it would be. Fettuccine I felt was missing a showstopper feel and was a bit lacking. The Italian job was good but the olive oil cake texture was a bit tough. I think I liked Misi better. Service was also faster there in my opinion. Lilia is much bigger of a restaurant.

Incredible clams. Average pasta. I loved the clams - the flavours were amazing yet so subtle at the same time. I ordered a garlic pasta too which was pretty mediocre. I asked if I could order more after the clams and they forced me to order all at once (even though the restaurant wasn’t even 30% full). This was kind of pushy..Cocktails were okay, bar staff/ my waitress wasn’t very friendly and had a weird attitude.

Outstanding meal at this hard to get into restaurant. I now know why. Started off with the ramp focaccia for a starter followed by escarole (my 2 guests) and the little gem salad (myself). The breadcrumbs had a garlicky flavor and the salad was excellent. Shared the grilled clams (very good) and chicken liver crostini. For pasta, we chose 2 dishes that we split--mafaldini (very unique shaped pasta) and the spaghetti with pine nuts and parmigiano reggiano. Finished off the meal with "The Italian Job" (vanilla gelato with olive oil). Very good food, outstanding and non rushed service (our meal lasted more than 2 hours) and very reasonably priced for all the delicious food we ate.

Amazing Italian restaurant in a cool locale. I'm not a huge fan of Italian food and this place really blew me away. Additionally I expected it to be overrated given how difficult it is to get a reservation but it really exceeded expectations.Definitely one of the best meals I've ever had in NYC. We ordered 7 dishes (2 pastas, 4 apps, 1 small fish) for 3 people and it was all amazing. The 7 dishes for 3 people was almost too much but we could handle it. The ramp focaccia and ramp butter was a star as was the agnolotti. If you can get a reservation, I'd highly recommend this restaurant for any nice occasion or special meal.

Spectacular. Everything. The service was so good. Friendly, professional, prompt. The atmosphere was modern, comfy, clean. The food simply stunning. Highest quality, expertly prepared and plated. Delicious and filling. I was so full. Can not wait to come back soon. Truly memorable meal. So good. I am kinda speechless bcuz everything was so on point. Just enjoy your meal here

I’m lucky to live across the street and have been doing Friday walk-ins before 6 without any wait. Its air and light-filled industrial space and consistently lovely ambiance and service make it a perfect local spot for a treat-your-self meal. You can’t got wrong with anything off the menu but highly recommend the cacio e pepe fritelle (umami-packed, cheesy fritters), chicken liver moose crostini (rich and decadent), sweet and spicy grilled clams (or anything off its grill really), and any freshly-made pasta depending on your mood, from the super rich agnolotti and classic fettuccine ragu, to light, refreshing spaghetti with pine nuts or garlic linguine. Make sure to also leave room for Italian Job - their signature vanilla gelato generously topped with fennel blossom, olive oil, and honey. Generous portion and highly recommend to come with friends to share!

I was recommended to go to Lilia whilst on holiday in NY & I didn’t get chance to make a reservation so we did a walk in - waitress was really helpful and got us a table for a few hours time and I am SO glad we managed to get in. The whole experience was amazing; the staff were super knowledgeable and explained the menu, and the food blew my mind. Really fresh and flavoursome. Highly highly recommend!!

Delicious! Excellent service and excellent food :) loved our meal here and didn’t feel rushed at all. Apps greatly spaced and server suggested a great bottle (and not a ton of money). Pastas as expected we’re the star. Can’t wait to go back

OH MY GOSH, I can't rave enough about their pasta. Please order the Roasted Leek Focaccia, Green Garlic Butter and the Sheeps Milk Cheese Filled Agnolotti, Saffron, Dried Tomato, Honey and thank me later! I will admit it is pretty difficult to snag a reservation but it's definitely worth the visit. I am still dreaming about the food as we speak and the photos don't even do it Justice.

This place is incredible. We ordered a lot of menu items. The staff were helpful in explaining and guiding us with portions. It’s super hard to get a reservation there, but your bit is to go on the app right after midnight and catch a slot.If I can sum the place up: I provides high end food experience in a totally normal and affordable prices. Definitely going back again.
