Lemongrass is a delicious Thai restaurant. Two of us arrived way before the rest of our party, and they let us sit at our table and start to order drinks & appetizers (recommend the fresh roll & fried veggie dumpling). We had the watermelon margarita & sangria, organic mixed green salad, chicken pad Thai, and mango sticky rice for dessert. The staff was friendly and did not rush us through our meal. The flavors were rich and presentation was great.
I've come here for years with my friends and family, I thought it was about time I left a review. This place upgraded during the pandemic and remodeled the interior. It was like I walked into a whole new restaurant. The ambiance and vibe was wonderful!! I ordered the watermelon margarita, Lemongrass wings fried, crispy golden wontons and the pineapple fried rice. The rice, wings, and wontons came out fast and hot. They tasted great like always and the margarita was delicious and strong!! I will continue coming here!
Looking for some good Thai food? Say no more check out this out. Today i enjoyed a great Lunch, I love Fried Snapper and Margaritas.... So thats what I got along with some other items. All the food was fresh & delicious. Good service too and a nice big serving . I will definitely be back!
If you’re in Brooklyn you must try this place! The dumplings were awesome. My favorite dish was the yellow curry ? perfect amount of spice!
Food wise I’ll give beyond 5 starts but we are very upset regarding the hidden 20% service fee above the line of total amount. Our party size is 4. Which means, they give you options for tipping after calculating in the 20% service fee. They won’t explicitly tell you. If you read the line items, you’d find it. BE VERY CAREFUL. You are required to pay 20% mandatory service fee. Please note this is not the tip. The food was very tasty and the size was decent. We four people had a great dinner. Especially the pineapple and watermelon drink are good looking and delicious! My favorite is the watermelon cocktail. There are lots of vegetarian options.
Super cute spot in Brooklyn with great ambiance inside. Obsessed with the watermelon margarita. The flavors were spot on- my favorite bites of the night were the chicken satay and duck curry. Also, the vanilla ice cream was seriously to die, the texture was PERFECT. Everything we got was a hit, I can’t wait to go back! Make this your next date night!
Awesome place! Loved the food and the service staff were incredibly friendly. We got a curry, noodles, and seafood options which were all well made. Definitely would come back again since there are so many yummy options to choose from!
I loveeee the food here and the drinks are bomb! I got the mock tail piña colada. So yummy! ? Definitely recommend!
A super cute dinner date place if you like thai food! The restaurant is very modern and chic with beautiful gold decor. This is the sister restaurant of one of my favorites on the upper east side, Bua Thai Ramen & Robata Grill, and the quality was up to par. For drinks, we had the watermelon margarita and coconut mojito which were refreshing and much needed on a Thursday evening after work. The coconut mojito was a lot stronger than my usual Piña Colada I get at Bua Thai! Lol! For appetizers, we enjoyed the steam shrimp dumplings and fried crab rangoons which were good sizes and the right amount for two people to share. The sweet chili sauce is so good with the crab rangoons. For our entrees, my friend had the spicy noodle mao with pork belly which was indeed enjoyably spicy, and I had the pad thai with crispy pork belly. The crispy pork belly skin got stuck to teeth a few times, but it was still delicious and I finished the entire thing! For dessert we had the chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream. They were out of green tea ice cream which we really wanted, but the chocolate cake was very soft and rich. Great for chocolate cake lovers. Portion sizes felt smaller than Bua Thai’s, next time I would definitely order one or two more appetizers. Last but definitely not least, the staff (especially the manager) is extremely warm and friendly, probably one of the friendliest I’ve met living in NYC so far. Thank you for having us, Lemongrass! I recommend for any thai food lovers in Brooklyn!
My friend and I had Bo! She was amazing! Such a sweetheart. She made sure our meals were fulfilling and top quality and checked in with us to make sure we were happy and had all that we needed. If you come here, ask for Bo! You won't regret it. Also the food is pretty A+.
