I had high hopes for this cute neighborhood French spot. The decor is lovely but I found the servers to be incredibly stressed out, speaking fast, and repeatedly asking if we want more drinks while we waited over an hour for food to come. Clearly the kitchen was struggling on a Friday night. And there’s just about one vegetarian option on the entire menu- which I was so disappointed by! The price point was incredibly high just for a very plain, bland risotto with two basil leaves on top and chunks of lemon zest. It just didn’t hit the mark. I honestly felt like they needed at least ONE more vegetarian main or appetizer on the menu (this is in Bushwick afterall!) that is not cooked in duck fat.My friend ordered the duck fat potatoes with a half portion of muscles. They came separately (45 min apart) and she said it just felt odd to be forking potato’s out of a bowl and then eat just plain dry muscles.I’d recommend this spot for grabbing some wine with a friend before dinner- but maybe skip the actual dinner.

Went for brunch, the place is very lovely on a sunny day.The food was good, I had a good omelette, with salad and their special fries. The fries were not good, they tasted old, like they had been fried the day before. But other than that I recommend it.

I went there for their dinner service on Friday night. My husband and I were very excited to try this little and mega cute French spot. Their decor is definitely on point. Their menu has very interesting options, we had their bread and butter (which was a big disappointment, regular old boring bread, nothing special), shishito peppers (delish!) and we wanted to venture out and try their fried panisse that was delicious on the other hand. For our mains, I had the hanger steak that was AMAZING, my husband had their Safran poached Cod which was ok.What was aggravating about our visit was the service, the waitress that started us out was basically a bully.. condescending and rude, I mean - extremely rude. When getting our drinks order, I have asked for the sparkling Chardonnay, she replied back “that is sparkling, is that ok?” (It clearly said it was sparkling on the menu) so I replied back “sure thing, is it cold?” and her reaction was as nasty as possible, she literally rolled her eyes at me, made a face as if I have offended up to her 7th family generation, waved her hands and said “Of course it’s cold”. That was awkward, it made me feel humiliated and stupid and I would never go back to this place because of this.Thank god we had another person waiting on us for the rest of our visit, that second waitress was a sweetheart and she (+ good parts of the food) is the reason why I’m giving this place 3 starts.

Brunch ftw

Good drinks and tasty smaller portion plates of some classic French dishes

Amazing service, food, and atmosphere. Also a bonus - they have outdoor seating so I could bring my dog! Would highly recommend enjoying their wine as well.

1st time! Family gathering for an engagement. Food is truly excellent. Prices are good. Staff is fabulous. You gotta try the French Toast!

Food is expensive but delicious. Inside there isn’t much seating and outside the tables/chairs aren’t very comfy (wooden). Servers were really nice though, and drinks were fantastic!

The ambience is very nice.

Was so excited to try this restaurant after hearing rave reviews from friends. Unfortunately there were several disappointing moments. Lack luster service. Missing plates (they ran out of several things) Appetizer plates were disproportionate for the same order. The food portions were small, acceptable but overall the taste didn’t merit the price. Then at payment they only accepted 4 cards and they all had to be charged the same price…this should be clarified at the start… anyways… it was a nice experience w friends but I don’t think I’ll be coming back. The best thing we’re the cocktails!!
