The tacos are really good… however they lack friendliness.. The gentleman behind the window is very cold and dry in his demeanor.. considering I’ve visited this location twice in one day and then went back 2days later and spent over $90 on just tacos and the a week later dropped another $ 97 on some more tacos with a a smile… I don’t think it would hurt him to be a little more hospitable and pleasant. Other than that the tacos are great ?

La Napa I love you, and I would also love for you to definitively improve your take out/delivery order experience or not do it at all.Every order I’ve made since my first order has made me question whether or not to order again, but the chicharrones which are never messed up keep me coming back (though it’s been about 6 months since my last order since that was a bad experience). Last night I ordered shrimp arepa and a double cheeseburger. Ate the arepa. My god. Chef put their foot in it. Tonight I took out my double cheeseburger. Instead I found a double…burger. No cheese, no bacon. I can kind of forgive the forgotten bacon but I don’t know a soul in their life who has ordered a double burger- it’s not even on the menu. Someone had to look at this and feel like it was missing something.Sometimes the burger tastes handmade, sometimes it looks and tastes like bulk frozen patties from the way back of the freezer. My previous arepa experience scarred me and had me questioning the other positive reviews. But the problem is just that your kitchen is marvelously inconsistent. This is not a money grab, I already got a refund from DoorDash, it’s just a dedicated plea from a disappointed hungry person to do better.

Great food. The empanadas are huge and tasty!

Truly great Venezuelan. And cool vibe. Fast casual. Cozy patio. Great selection of wine and beers. Definitely recommend you stop in for a bite! Carne mechada empanada was so yummy (fried) and pork arepa (with guac and cotija cheese) delectable.

Arepa was just the right amount of filling and taste I needed. 1 is more than enough, just wished I had it ordered for sit down rather than takeout, but Margarita made up for it. Sipped it down during my wait.

This place is awesome. Food is great; arepas are great, shrimp taco delicious, and the duck empanada is something special. Very cute atmosphere.Owner is really great guy. Excellent selection of wines. Absolutely a local favorite.

Came for dinner on a weekday and had a great time!We sat in their very nice outdoor seating booth. You can’t sit inside right now. What we ordered:Cheese arepas, pulled pork arepas - both great. Love the crispy arepa exterior. Lots of guac inside.Patatas bravas - crispy chunky potatoes with yummy sauce tossed pretty evenly.Spinach - garlicky spinach. Nothing special but we love a veggie side.Yucca balls - so good! Creamy inside and delicious sauce!Mushroom croquettes - the favorite of the table. Creamy and savory inside. Wish it came in a plate of 3 or 4 because they were so tiny!We also got a pitcher of passion fruit margarita for $30. It was perfectly icy and came with the margarita rim salt on the side which we just sprinkled into our glasses as we drank.

I went to La Ñapa when it first opened up several years ago. Everything we tried was amazing and the service was impeccable. Today I ordered their yuca balls, cheeseburger, and Cuban sandwich. Yuca balls and cheeseburger were great. But the Cuban sandwich was not a Cuban sandwich. From the bread not being toasted and buttered, to the pork being cold, to using American cheese instead of Swiss. You can’t advertise a Cuban sandwich for $15 and give us a sloppy knockoff. I’ll come back for your tapas and cheeseburgers but definitely won’t be doing the Cuban sandwich again.

I JUST ordered pickup from here, and I will not eat here again. I STRONGLY recommend no one wastes their money here and reads below.La Napa used to be v good, but they must have gotten a new chef recently because the food is BAD. and I mean BAD. I just ordered a cheeseburger to go and the meat itself was inedible - beyond salty, rare, and it tasted expired. There was so much grease in the bottom of the box that the bottom part of the bun was soggy and falling apart as I picked it up.I doubt the chef even tastes what he is putting out, and he is 200% using frozen patties & ingredients. The empanada was even worse. A slap in the face to a real empanada or anyone Hispanic, it was a mix of a Jamaican beef patty and empanada and was horrible. The tacos are the size of my thumb and cost $5

Such good food and variety! The arepas are large and filling. Nice and crispy if that’s what you like, too. Their outdoor seating is heated also, so you can order for pickup and sit outside even when it’s cold.
