I wanted to put an order they told me that I couldn’t over the phone. The lady was very rude with me and finally became mute on the phone. How can one do business and be so limited. They need good competition and need to see how people do business in 2022. They are very archaic.
Customer service was very poor. The counter ladies had an attitude problem that turned me off. I walked out without buying anything. I definitely wont give you my money if you think YOU are doing ME a favor when i come to your place of business.
The service is so so slow,no respect to customers,you will wait in line for 20 mins to get to the counter to then receive attuide
When you look at the sign on the canopy it says soup this and that you walk in there's nothing not even a person to talk to a long line of people and I don't know what they're buying they're just waiting so I left

Bon bagay indeed. The beef and cod patties are excellent and the service was excellent. Whenever you are in Canarsie and crave for some Haitian delicacies, please pass by this joint. You won't regret it.
If you want a hand full of attitude and disrespect along with slightly decent parties, then definitely go here
If you miss Haiti go there. The bread is too die for.
