Great bubble tea with fantastic service!
People at the counter were SO kind. The area is lovely too with lots of nice shops. I got a large milk tea with bubbles and it was made perfectly.
great service and amazing drinks but i would personally recommend to add vanilla bubble tea. Overall, everything else is amazing!!
Nice drinks and smoothies. They make hot and cold drinks. My daughter's favorite is Oreo bubble tea. However, the drinks here are overpriced. They add on a charge to your drink for every single thing. I am attaching receipt for 1 large Oreo bubble tea with ice and less sugar $7.13
Poor customer service. I overheard the cashier charge 5 cents for a plastic bag, even though restaurant/takeout services are exempt from the fee in NYC. Anyway, they did not offer me a bag at all and the drinks had spilled on their doorstep because their drink cups are too slender to fit the cup holders they use. After returning to the store, I had asked if they would consider remaking the spilt drinks, to which they responded “No, you can just reorder.” The manager did not have the courage to even look me in the eye and the cashier broke it to me. I understand there is no obligation to remake but I feel like the entire situation could have been handled better. Needless to say, I will never be purchasing boba at any Kung-Fu Tea establishment anymore. :-)
Had someone hack my account and place an order for pickup. I tried calling them multiple times to prevent them from collecting the drinks but they wouldn't pick up the phone. They even picked up once and hung up right away.
I ordered a cocoa lava slush & strawberry lemonade. It’s was BASIC, nothing special.
I love this place! Very cute and milk tea drinks are out of this world, especially taro one!!!
This place is pretty good with their options. Get their app for less wait time. Drinks are good, but its best for the summer time since their menu contains a lot of ice products. Staff are good.
They serve you fast and they are real nice. The Drinks are amazing too, never ever had a problem with this place. Cheap prices too!
