Horrible! They mess up your order give you what they want, they’re attitude is lacking the courtesy one would merit as a patron. Their aggressive stance leaves little to the imagination as to what their serving you. Food is greasy and I found a staple in my last order. Don’t walk away from this particular location,Instead RUN AWAY!
Most Haitians look forward to eating Soup Joumou (Pumpkin Soup) for the first day of the year to celebrate a part of our history. And so when I started to consume the soups I bought from this location I was disappointed. The consistency wasn’t as thick as I was used too nor was the taste that great. I bought some for me & a friend who wasn’t Haitian and she wasn’t thrilled about it either. At $10 a container you guys should include more solid meat and work on a better quality.
I ordered ahead went to pick after an hour the order was not placed poor customer service I will nit recommend this restaurant
If you do not speak creole don’t even bother coming here! I am a African American black woman and felt so uncomfortable because the workers expected me to order my food in creole like everybody else in the restaurant was doing but I do not know Creole. When I was told my total in creole and did not understand it I was laughed at the register. They food is amazing but not worth the uncomfortable experience last time going here

I don't even write reviews but I just had to with this one. Their Customer servic- scratch that they have no customer service. Bad attitudes every time, I just don't understand if you don’t want to work then don’t come to work! Its nobody’s fault that you have to work to get money. Only 2 stars because food is good, but I could've went to taste of city where the food is BETTER & they actually make sure everything is good. A shame because I love for these Caribbean spots but I rather go where I don't have to match negative energy when I come In there..Plus food is never ready.. you have to wait 40mins for something to be prepared? Shouldn’t it be prepared before you open store to the public ?

Horrible service. The servers have attitudes like they don't even appreciate their jobs. This was my first time and probably the last. I admire service and quality hand in glove.. So the attitude level is on GORDON RAMSEY, yet the food was Bodega quality. I ordered a Fried Pork Large Complete Platter and I Got mostly skin and inedible parts, veins, gristle, etc. I included pictures. Even the pepper sauce was spoiled, all they had to do was keep that refrigerated. It is purely my fault, I did see mixed reviews about the place, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Epic waste of time, money, and the food isn't worth the frustration of not only having to order with the rude staff, but getting mediocre portions of the Main Protein. Hopefully management reads this and fixes something, or they will lose return patronage.
